It was nice to be out of the way of the large resorts in a quieter setting with a pool and wreck snorkeling just off the beach. Loved the sunset views and easy and close parking. Anything we needed was included with the condo including kitchen amenities.

This property is very centrally and conveniently located near lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a gym and many other amenities. We looked at many options for our first visit to Grand Cayman and are very happy we chose this location on seven mile beach. Great communication by property manager and condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Would stay again!

We loved our time at this condo! The unit was clean & bright with a view that is unbeatable. Easy access to pool & beach, and the condo’s central location is perfect for exploring the island. We’d recommend it to friends & family and look forward to returning!

This was a wonderful condo. It is situated in a great location to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. We would definitely come back. We were thoroughly impressed with the area and Gran Cayman. People are friendly and the public bus transportation was super. There are so beaches to explore and go snorkeling. The condo was situated in a great location. We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the pool! We would love to come back to this piece of paradise!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops, including snorkeling equipment rental, pharmacy, and wine/spirits shop. The condo complex was clean and quiet. The pool is oceanfront and the perfect, serene, distance to the ocean. The furnishings are clean and very comfortable. It was very nice having access to a washer/dryer in the unit. Saves on required luggage! We loved this property and will be back!

As advertised! The view was everything we imagined. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the bench in front of our condo. The grounds are well manicured and the staff was very friendly and willing to help out in any way. The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning and a glass of wine in the evenings. The beachfront is rocky, but great for snorkeling. Although the rocks didn't keep others from swimming. We drove just a few minutes down to the road to enjoy the most beautiful beaches ever! We usually stay at a resort and had a few we were considering. We are so happy we made the decision to stay here!

We stayed 6 nights in this condo. We enjoyed the views of the ocean. The cruise ships were also beautiful to see and the snorkeling nearby was a hit with my family. The sunken shipwreck was close by with lots of fish to see.

Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay l. The listing is very accurate and provides exact details of how the space look. Location is on the center of a lot of stores and restaurants near. Only small issue was one of the neighbors seemed very nosy. She peeked into our unit from patio a couple of times which was off putting.

Great relaxing week

As a seasoned traveler that generally stays in hotel chains - this was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the initial communication this was a first-class experience! The unit was stocked with just about anything you would ever need! We only needed our clothes and toiletries! The facility was immaculate! With germaphobe family members - this passed every test! The grounds were spectacular and the neighbors - totally awesome! I hate giving such a glowing recommendation in that I am afraid it might not be available for my next trip to the Caymans! I can't give a more glowing recommendation! Thank you, Don, for making this an awesome first experience with VRBO!

Very relaxing , peaceful atmosphere and friendly people. Met a lot people we enjoyed their company. Will be back as this was our second visit to Cocoplum.

We did not have a car with us. There were many different dining options within walking distance. All were fantastic! We took the public bus into Georgetown. It was very convenient to access. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and just beautiful. Pictures are accurate!

This property is a quick drive from the airport, a walkable distance from an excellent grocery (Kirks), and very close to several public beach access points. We rarely left the property, as the pool and beach met our needs. We were so impressed with this location, and it’s cleanliness, that we are planning another trip in the next several months.

The house was amazing! The location was incredible. The pool was never busy and the the beach was perfect. It’s a very quiet development and perfectly located equal distance from everything. The property is exactly as advertised We will absolutely stay again!

We stayed at this property for its proximity to Seven Mile Beach and dining. It did not disappoint. Dining (really good dining!) was literally only yards away. We rented a car (there is parking for a vehicle) and were able to cruise around the island. Note: driving is on the left and the traffic calming circles can be a bit confusing at first. The condo was well done but not so precious that you are afraid to walk on the floors or take a shower. Pam, the property manager, was very responsive and even let us check out a little bit later. The beach (of sorts) is not that terrific in front of the property, but you are only a short walk or drive to other beaches with more sand and fewer stones. The pool was very nice and big enough for a refreshing dip after a long day of beach and sightseeing. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and we will be returning!

We stayed at 7 miles beach in the Grand Cayman and stayed in a condo in the perfect location with a perfect view. We had access to restaurants, bars, shopping and the food market within walking distance. Cocoplum was quiet, clean and just a few steps to the beach. The island is so beautiful and most importantly, its people are very helpful and friendly. At no point we felt unsafe!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. All the comforts of home including comfy beds. You cannot beat this view!! Restaurants, hotels, groceries all within walking distance. If you like to snorkel, the wreck of the Gamma is just to the left of the property. Not the best section of Seven Mile Beach, but we preferred it. Much less crowded. We were missing a couple of things so we emailed the property manager and she promptly brought us the items. I would definitely recommend this condo. Hoping to return someday!

We were often the only ones in the pool and the beach maybe had one other person — and this was around New Years — peak times. So it gives you a 7 Mile Beach experience without the crowds. The beach is mostly sand but is rocky in places so you have to be careful where you step. There are also sea urchins on nearby rocks so you have to avoid the rocks. There is a sunken ship in swimming distance. It's really easy to slip on the floor so we had to be really careful about drying it if it ever got wet.

My spouse and I had a great stay . The property was very conveniently located . Everything was close by or in relative short driving distance . The property was clean and other than just a little bit outdated it’s an ideal place to stay . Any issue that’s arose while we stayed there were promptly looked after and overall we had an enjoyable experience. My spouse and I enjoy coming to the caymans and would definitely book here again . It’s very quiet here so you’re able to relax here without any hassle . The pool is nice and the you’re literally only a stones throw to the beach where the snorkeling is fantastic. Overall we had a great experience and will return in the near future

Beautiful, well-equipped, and clean condo. Pam, the property manager, was always available for inquiries and very helpful. Owners were very friendly and provided prompt feedback during booking process. Condo is close to several locations including groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The property boasts of a fantastic view of seven mile beach. The property is private and quiet. I would highly recommend this property to other guests and would book again!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was spotless when we arrived. The pool area is really pleasant, and there is nice snorkeling right off the beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and we enjoyed going into town too, although with three kids, we drove. To get to the main area of the beach, we did drive. But then it was nice to come back to the condo and have a quiet spot instead of being right in the craziness of the bigger resorts in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. Overall, our family of five had a great stay in this condo!

We just finished a week’s stay in this unit. On the upside, it is a small complex of 10 or so condos, all with amazing beach views. We loved meeting the residents at the complex and enjoyed getting to know them at the pool area and while bbq-ing our dinner. The snorkeling just off the beach was fun and we saw some interesting fish near the shipwreck. It was also nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed linens seem newer. It’s in a good location on the island with pretty sunsets in the evening. The grounds are well-kept and the pool was clean. The property manager was accommodating and very helpful. On the downside, this condo is in desperate need of some upgrades. The bathrooms and kitchen appear to be original from the 80’s and were not nice, with the exception of a few newer appliances. The unit sleeps 5, but only has seating (inside and out) for four, and only 4 beach towels were provided so we had to share. A couple of beach chairs and an umbrella would have been appreciated, as well as some larger plastic cups to use near the pool (we had to borrow from a neighbor). We were able to see other units here and in other complexes, and we were disappointed to learn that we paid more for this one than some of the more upgraded and nicer units. Overall we had a great trip. The island is beautiful, and the people are friendly.

Nice , relaxing trip . Coco plum condos are well kept and very quiet. Beautiful view and a short distance to beautiful beaches . Would definitely return.

We rented this property for three weeks while working on the islands. Very cimfirtable

Cocoplum is an older low density (two story, 4-8 units per building) condominium project located on the south end of seven mile beach near to town. The beach has been somewhat eroded by storms, but there's still plenty of sand there, and you can walk a good distance north and south. The unit itself is well represented by the photos in the listing, and the appliances, dishware and linens all appeared to be nearly new. It's nice to find a reasonably priced oceanfront property like this that is nice and quiet like the island used to be.
