La colazione fantastico, non sapevi cosa mangiare prima , noi abbiamo assaggiato un po’ di tutto e ci è piaciuto veramente tutto !! La stanza molto bella e pulita , grandissima rispetto alle nostre aspettative non c’è l’aspettavamo così grande siccome abbiamo scelto l’opzione strandard. Aparte il letto che era comodo ma faceva un rumore tremendo appena facevi un piccolissimo movimento, ci è piaciuto veramente tutto !!! Ci ritorneremo

Beutiful location, about 20 min from cortina d ampazzo ski resort. Good breakfast, good restaurant. Staff at the restaurant was quite nice.

Very old furniture, broken things poorly fixed.

Camera ampia e con una vista spettacolare sul lago e sulle vette innevate. Cena e colazione abbondanti e di qualità, con personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Posizione strategica per gite e passeggiate in zona sia d'estate che d'inverno. Bella la piscina interna. Panorama da togliere il respiro.

La comunicazione sull'uso della piscina interna per i bambini dovrebbe essere più chiara fin dai primi passaggi della prenotazione così che gli ospiti possano capire fin da subito se potranno usufruirne in base agli orari.

Prezzi esagerati , la SPA DELUDENTE che non ha niente a che fare con un albergo a 4 * il personale reception freddo e arrogante ( tranne i camerieri)

Posizione. Piscina ampia. Prezzo.

Cibo al ristorante a cena "non esaltante". Nessuna struttura per far giocare i bimbi.

Essen ist eher mittelmäßig, Personal unflexibel, alles ist ziemlich unpersönlich und eher auf Massenabfertigung eingestellt

Tutto..le camere con balcone, due bagni,SPA..poi la colazione abbondante, perfetto...

Frigorifero non funzionava bene,non rafredava..meno male che era fresco fuori😃abbiamo messo roba da mangiare fuori

Great hotel, incredible views. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Great facilities, great location right on the lake.

Bed was small and REALLY creaky, everything else was great.

I could go on for days about the location. To walk out of the hotel, immediately have a relaxing walk around the lake away from crowds, then meander along to dinner? Just a beautiful place, nice people, fantastic food. Definitely recommend their board (meals) - there were other places if you need a change but I can't imagine being disappointed with their wonderful meals. Farms, meadows, everything around you is beautiful. Oh there is a great little gear store just next door, cheapest price we saw for used hiking poles for ex if this is the start of your journey!

I think the pool could be open later? Lots of ppl are there to hike, a little soak after could really relax the muscles, but it closes early enough you maybe can't squeeze that in before dinner and after it's closed.

Breakfast area is a bit old-fashioned, but there is a wide variety in the buffet food. One of my jumper disappeared, it was white like sheets so i get that it was perhaps taken by mistake, but never received it back.

It is a very outdated hotel , price quality is very poor . As if you are in the movie the shining .

Bad advice on the way up , as if you were to be on the tre cime parking at seven. Poor menu . Coffee is a disaster . Would avoid this one

The reception she was unpolite, tuff with us and careless, breakfast daily the same style.

Quiet and beautiful. The location was excellent for visiting popular sites and the walk around the lake was very peaceful.

Great location, view. Front desk friendly, positive. Adequate parking. Clean, well-maintained.

No coffee-maker. No body lotion. No iron and board. Came in late-ish for breakfast, the buffet was not replenished. Asked for glasses and plates in the room, were politely told they were busy serving dinner. We had to come down and get them ourselves. No charging points next to the bed, only one charging point in a suite for three guests. There was an electric hob in the room. Blew a fuse when we tried it out. We were told it's only for use by the owner. So will they let us heat up something in their microwave oven? Oh no, can't do that. Because why? Not what we expected at these tariffs. Essentially, a small-town hotel that charges big-time only for the view.

Beautiful views and fantastic location. The facilities here were fantastic. A mini spar open late down stairs, a restaurant, a bar, a fantastic breakfast! The room had so much space and was very clean. Loved it!

The location is excellent. We completed a Tre Cime hike and returned to this hotel to relax and unwind. The hotel has a good restaurant, and is close to many good dining options. The breakfast is plentiful. The staff is very helpful with hike suggestions. Keep in mind that the pool is free to use but the saunas and relaxation areas are an additional 20 Euro.

Our bathroom had a very musty smell.

We had a wonderful stay with our dog at the Grand Hotel Misurina! The view from the balcony was fantastic and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The location was excellent! The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were lots of tasty options! The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful!

the town around the hotel is small and can feel a little isolated, or maybe it was just our timing. we went in early may.

the room has a kitchenette but not a single utensil or cutlery. there isn’t even a glass to drink water. no kettle or tea. these are basic facilities.
