My family stayed for Thanksgiving weekend it was wonderful. There are 10 of us and we all felt like we had plenty of room and there was so much to do from playing pool, ping pong, watching movies in the movie room and the fabulous hot tub! The area was great close to everything. We all loved the house it’s beautiful!!

I came here with a group of friends, and we loved our stay. Jeff's house is spacious, clean, well-stocked with amenities, and well-decorated. There was so much to do around the house–we enjoyed the movie theater, hot tub, pool, and basketball court. Jeff was a really friendly host. I would highly recommend this place to any group.

My friends and I have an annual trip and this year we chose this house. It could not have been more perfect for us. We even lucked out in October that is was warm enough to go in the pool. This home has everything and more. We hope to come back!

This house is amazing for vacation and wedding venue. Our wedding at this venue was nothing short of magical! The house provided a stunning backdrop for our special day. The elegant interiors, spacious grounds, and attention to detail were impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From the first moment we arrived at the property, every expectation was met in terms of what we expected from the listing but also the little details were all provided for leaving my family and I very grateful to Jeffrey for being such an amazing host. Right down to the responsive messages Jeffrey replied to immoderately and ensured we were very comfortable in our stay. Thank You Jeffrey! My family is still raving about the features and comfort of your home & property and testament to that fact, everyone remarked on Saturday how we wish we didn’t have to leave!

I think it speaks for itself to say this was my third time staying at Jeff and Kim's home. We love everything about the house; size, location, space, amenities, etc.. We highly recommend renting for family and friend gatherings.

We are southern Californians who have a son that went to college in Maine, and upon graduating two years ago got a job in Boston. We also have two daughters in college in the midwest, and a senior in high school. This was our first east coast Thanksgiving as we all decided to come our son's way. We were also bringing Grandma, who had never stayed in a VRBO. We wanted to find a house that was large enough for all of us could spread out, but at the same time cozy and homey. This house was absolutely perfect. I loved the open kitchen, dining, and living areas. There was a huge counter where we cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal with plenty of space and not be cut off from the family members watching football or playing pool. There is plenty of seating with the huge couch and chairs in the family room, and throw blankets as well as a cozy fire. The movie theater was amazing, and grandma got to pick the movie for her birthday - she's 82. She chose an old movie (not one of the 300 the owners had), but the owners were very gracious and facilitated the purchase for us. The owners were lovely and accommodating from beginning to end - they also suggested a bakery for a birthday cake which was phenomenal (we got pies and muffins there too) and hand-delivered a blender and hand mixer so we could complete some of our Thanksgiving recipes. Bedrooms all great size - master is huge! and all have their own TV. The other bedrooms -and the bathrooms are Jack and JIll style, so everyone has an en suite bathroom, except for if you use the loft area with the bunk beds for kids. in a word this house was PERFECT.
