Amazing location, just a short car ride away from the main town. Lovely breakfast with good variety for all dietary requirements. Super friendly and helpful staff, always going out of their way to assist you.

Villa could have been cleaner. The room was not ready for us so a deep clean was required.

We spent a night at this gorgeous hotel which was exceptional in every way . it is nestled in the mountains with the most panoramic views of hills and the river below . This was our 8 th hotel stay in Bali as we are doing a road trip around the whole island . The bedroom was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated . The breakfast was excellent and the staff amongst the friendliest we’ve met who were attentive to our every need . There are stairs down to rooms however hotel provide a buggy service which we did use . Due to location just on outskirts of Ubud the hotel also provide a shuttle service into town . i highly recommend this hotel and their staff and sound definitely stay again

our villa was nothing like the photos. everything was very run down. constant noise of animals in the ceiling/roof. aircon and phone in room did not work and we were far from reception. tried making contact via mobile, phone number on website was disconnected. whats’apped via website and was told wrong number but given supposed correct number which also did not work. got a return call the next morning after we’d checked out and reception was unapologetic about it. just said “ok.” and hung up. (we also checked out early just to get out of there.) complete waste of money.

Staff were attentive to the needs. They even take time to address you by your name during breakfast. Service rendered was also fast and prompt.

Perhaps the nature bit? Since it was a jungle villa, be expected to see spiders, frogs, lizards and other insects around the place.

Rundown hotel, in dire need of renovation. Definitely not five star. Swimming pool not heated. Pool side shower not working. Swimming pool side full of big black ants, flies and worms. Couldn't stay at balcony or pool side. Way too natural. There are many cracks through the wall, so insects can get in. Frogs and lizards kept croaking through the night and were on the door of our villa, 2 small and big ones actually got in, reception called 3 times to remove it and they couldn't!!! They say it not dangerous, it good for mosquitos!! We live with it.

Felt like the place and our room especially wasn’t “clean”. View amazing but couldn’t make up for the whole experience. Breakfast and coffee disappointing. Worst $400 I’ve ever spent! Should have stayed elsewhere.

Excellent property amidst nature with excellent customer service

We loved the location and the feeling if being amidst nature. It was quaint, private and beautiful. The staff is friendly and the food delicious.
