Super friendly staff. Nice location (close to Titisee and Feldberg). And also amazing restaurant :)

Very nice comfy room , renovated, super clean. Friendly staff, dinner was also very tasty. Children were happy with the playground and the playroom.

the absence of a fridge in the room meant we had no way to cool our drinks on a warm evening.

Got a free bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in the middle of Black Forest, so a mountain scenery is just outside the window.
If you want to have a dinner at the hotel's restaurant, you have to order in advance. Somehow the beds seemed a bit hard to our liking.

The room was updated and convenient for a large family of 5 people.
The breakfast variety was not good enough for us, but I guess it’s ok for European/German standards.

We loved the village of Saig. The hotel was traditional and very comfortable. Having the Konus card as well as the Hoch Schwarzwald card which gave us free travel on the bus and train meant we could walk further and when tired come home easily.
Everyone made us so welcome and special throughout our stay.
The food was beautifully presented and delicious.

A fabulous mix of traditional Black Forest architecture and some newly refurbished modern rooms. fantastic staff and fantastic owners; Julia & Tom, who run it as a real family owned hotel.
Leaving; the peace and quiet of the village is simply lovely.

A really nice family hotel. Nothing was a problem. The owners super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was large and delicious.
