部屋はバスタブ付きで、広さも充分。
ラウンジでは、朝食、アフタヌーンティー、カナッペなどが時間別で楽しめます。
場所は地下鉄Green Parkから５、６分。
どこへ行くにも便利です。

Nice central location - just a few minutes walk from Green Park tube station and walking distance to many central sights. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Wonderful customer service. Extensive breakfast selection. Felt very well looked after.
About the only negative was that the pillows were very soft and there were no additional ones in the room. Would have appreciated if there were shower cap, cotton pads etc in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, central to everything you could need. Staff are exceptionally attentive and polite, we were made to feel extremely welcome even though we were only staying for 1 night. Really comfortable room, good size and had both a separate shower and bath which is always a bonus.
The only thing that I could possible comment on is that the check in states 3pm, we arrived at the property around about 4pm and the room wasn’t ready until around 6pm but we had access to the lounge so we could check our luggage in and sit in the lounge enjoying the canopy’s and drinks which was a really good selection.

the stuff was very friendly and eager to help
the room was awful and the view was to the stairs and vaults. when we asked to change it the view became a slight better but the room itself was smaller. finally we had to pay additional fee to upgrade the room

With the busy street in front and the street in the back of the hotel frequently closed, pick up is very difficult.

Location is perfect. You can walk anywhere and is very close to Green Park station. The room we stayed at was big and luxurious. Love the separate bath/shower. Coffee making facilities were great - love the nespresso machine and the decaf capsules. We had breakfast in the club lounge which was ample enough. The service, from the moment we got out of our taxi was impeccable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home.
If anything, the internet connection was strange. It kept disconnect after a couple of minutes on non-use. Had to keep reconnecting.
