The room was nice, clean, clear. The bathroom clean, everything worked properly. The breakfast was very good! We loved this quite pleace.

Lovely guesthouse, owners were very friendly and welcoming. The most comfiest bed ever, had a wonderful sleep. Would stay again.

The room was a good size with seating, huge bed and was very clean and ready upon arrival. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were available in the room along with a small desk and TV. Free on street parking was available directly outside with the guest house located just an 8 minute walk from the seafront. The host was very friendly and accommodating, with nothing too much trouble. He also cooked a fine English breakfast, complete with coffee, toast and orange juice which set us up for the day ! Would highly recommend if you fancy something with a more personal touch away from the busy hotel chains.

Bathroom door drags along the floor

We booked this hotel at the last minute, and i can say it was the most comfortable one we had stayed in on our 7 day trip. The bed was fab,best night sleep of the week. Room was spotless and very restful. Robin and his wife were great hosts. Breakfast was great, you could see Robin cooking the food and there was plenty. It was a beautiful house, and they were very welcoming. Have recommended this b & b to family, as we were very impressed. And if we were to go back to Devon thats where we would stay.
