Bedroom for 3. My daughter had a proper bed and the room was lovely

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, great facilities in the room.
Had to give back the room key when leaving the hotel. Did not feel very secure as the only question asked to get back the key was a name which could be found by anyone.

I believe the lift could have some proper maintenance.
Breakfast is expensive, so we skipped it.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful with booking in and service the front desk excellent. The location was also excellent.
The room we were in was a bit dated but clean and tidy, and the service was excellent.

Excellent location, very close to the castle and the city center. The room is spacious and the staff is kind and attentive.
The shower needs maintenance attention, because the tap does not properly allow temperature adjustment. The bedroom has a lamp only on one side of the bed and there is no possibility of changing positions.

Newly renovated. Very clean. friendly staff. excellent central location. Pleasant restaurant and receptions area.
Quite expensive. No facilities other than Food and Beverage.

Great staff. Very helpful.
Shoddy workmanship evident in renovations all over the hotel. Many many small faults, adding up to an unprofessional appearance in general. I'm afraid that throwing some trendy grey paint about is not enough !!

the lobby was so beautiful, very relaxing, the bedrooms were very charming with a vintage radio, lovely view of the castle, the restaurant was lovely food was very tasty.
