Elegant, clean and peaceful with warm and welcoming staff!
A small bar/coffee area would have been nice.
I used their pub opposite which was fine but a small on site area to relax would have been welcome.

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the terrace bar and restaurant looking out over the sea! The location is also lovely, very quiet and it’s a good longish stroll along the promenade to Ramsgate.
The rooms and bathroom were rather small. Cosy - but all facilities were there!

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good and the lovely young waitress was really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It was a really quiet location, but a 5 minute drive into Ramsgate.
There wasn't really a beach, as it was Pegwell bay I thought there would be. But the Seaview was still Really good.

This was our first stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was large and well decorated, ground floor as requested. The staff were all great and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely with good choice. We had our evening meal at the Sir Stanley Grey Seaview Restaurant and cannot praise the young staff enough for their welcome and great service on each of our 3 night stay.Great food too with a lovely sea view! We will definitely be returning for another stay sometime soon!

the property had a spacious car park. the shower was powerful and hot. the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the breakfast staff. exceptional service

The hotel is in a great position. It's a nice historic building very well maintained and managed. The room had a nice view on the bay and was very spacious. Breakfast was very good and included plenty of gluten free options.

Very nice place , delicious breakfast, beautiful dinning hall . Friendly staff. You have kettle in the room , hair dryer .comfy mattress and quiet area.

The view of the bay is beautiful if you choose to upgrade to a room with a view. The breakfast is acceptable, hot and plentiful
We were on the 2nd floor but previously the 1st floor. The second floor bathroom is small, cold and needs refurbishing. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows provided. We were disappointed to have paid more than the cost on the day and although we discussed a reduction the hotel didn't provide that

I have stayed here before. unfortunately our booking had been messed up. I had booked a room with a bath but somehow the room we requested had been allocated to someone else. very disappointed

rooms slightly small but very acceptable in an original Victorian property like this.

Quality and service of breakfast as well as friendliness of staff. General quietness of location and rooms themselves.
Very heavy high tog duvets in warm/hot weather. There was no obvious way of getting onto the beach and the only outside space was a terrace attached to the breakfast room.
