I was quoted £ 111.00 but if I paid right away I'd get a discount then another of £7.25 both times but had to pay £103 . My bill should've been £97.00 not a happy chappie then told I had to pay for breakfast but when booking for told B/ F was included???

Despite booking.com making an error with this booking and putting us in a single room reception we’re really helpful and fixed the problem. Given it was Hogmanay and there were two parties on that night I really didn’t think we were going to get another room - however the hotel went above and beyond offering an alternative accommodation that was really unexpected. Really appreciated and have to say that the reception team are fantastic, friendly and despite the place being really busy spent time with everyone who arrived - probably the best experience we have encountered and we stay in many hotels - it was an 11/10 score ! Rooms were immaculate, breakfast very good and the staff are all well presented / friendly and clearly take pride in the hotel / working there.

Beautifully refurbished, immaculate rooms & luxury bathrooms. Great function rooms, bars & lounge. Brilliant catering for my coeliac husband with the best hotel breakfast he’s ever had.

Kirkcaldy isn’t really a holiday destination! But for weddings & functions it’s great. Only thing that would add to its attraction is a pool & spa.

there was a loud fan outside of the room but this is our second stay and didn’t have this last time so was maybe just where we were placed. didn’t overly bother us but it was noticeable.

Room directly above function suite. Very noisy. Television volume was stuck on a low volume so couldn't hear the TV. We booked last minute as needed a break away. Should have been advised at time of booking of potential noise and we would have gone elsewhere. Complained and we did get moved but left a bad feeling as I don't like to complain

I found this hotel more that met my expectations. Check in was smooth, hospitality was great. This hotel is exceptionally clean, food is good, and the Diamond Suite is also exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay. The Jacuzzi Spa bath is a real treat and a pleasure to use. Will definitely return.

The room was perfect but at night 2am onwards, I could hear this knocking noise which came at intervals of 20 sec to every 2 min. After a while it really gets to you, but I chose to ignore it. I must find out what this is when I next visit.

Breakfast was lovely

Two weddings in one weekend and our room was right above, bit noisy but other than that everything else was fine.
