I contacted the hotel before our stay to advise I needed a travel cot and asked if the swimming pool was baby friendly however the hotel chose to put me on the 2nd floor and then down some stairs with a pram and baby. The pool was freezing there is no way that was a heated pool suitable for a baby. Our room 211 was constantly hot even with the air con on, especially the bathroom - there was no ventilation at all as was like a suna in there. I came out of the lift on my own with a pram to find the hall way blocked up with bags from the cleaners, which I had to move out of the way myself to be able to get through. Our room didn’t get cleaned until 3.30/4 in the afternoon even though we had been out all day so had to sit in the room with my baby whilst they quickly changed the bins and the towels. Hotel itself is nice but was so disappointed with the above.

Comfortable room with good quality appliances. Breakfast was varied and excellent and the staff very attentive and polite. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 young children so needed looking after. Great location close to the sea, highly recommended.

the rooms felt a little hot as there was no air con, but it wasn’t too bad. other than that there were no issues at all.

Due to being placed on the ground floor, I didn’t get much sleep due to a dog running upstairs and people arguing.

Room was tidy, bed was very comfortable. En suite was clean, shower fixed panel head end leaking in bottom corner by toilet. Extract fan not working. Location was perfect for our visit, we will be back. Breakfast and meals were very good

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach good breakfast good value for money

Sauna was cold, only switch on when asked Disappointing not included Cappucino at Breakfast. Extracharge on top of the expensive fee already paid fir the room

Family friendly hotel, inside pool open to kids all day is a great plus. Large, clean, family room was everything we needed for the 1 night.

Nothing bad to feedback. However, cold water available in room fridge would of been appreciated and more bathroom towels upon arrival.

Very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Pleasant decoration. Staff at check-in was pleasant.

Parking was £12.50 from midnight to 10am, which is quite expensive. They did not inform us about this charge until check-out, otherwise we would have parked elsewhere or not brought our car. Messages from the property said that parking is available to the rear of the property, please register your car at reception, no mention of the charge there or at check-in.

Excellent location, Close to BIC for show we went to watch and bars, restaurants and town centre 👍

Rooms not well insulated as could hear people in other rooms. No usual shower, shampoo and essentials you would normally have. Also window seals showed some mould. Air Conditioning barely worked, very warm in room, but could not have window open at night as noisy.
