staff was not good at the front desk thay wear rood

The staff were AMAZING!!! Staff were friendly & helpful and made our trip so lovely. Tomas the night duty manager was great and made feel so welcome. Also Leon from security was a amazing and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks never got bored and we were comfortable and felt safe. :)

The breakfast service on Monday morning was disappointing - in terms of having to wait and then the table not being prepared as promised; I would also have liked more a la carte options. One member of your team paid special attention to us once she realised we had been slightly let down - this made up for the initial disappointment and I thanked her for her help.

The location of the hotel is very good

The size of the room is very small and the bed is taking a big percentage of the room, there was no space for my luggage, the cupboard was very very small and the bathroom was so small for a regular room in general.

Comfortable room

We were unable to access any movie choices on the badly programmed tv system and could not view our daily room bill as we have during former stays. We were told only Hyatt Members had this service!! Never heard such nonsense. Having stayed 8 nights at premium price we were not accorded the courtesy access to the Concierge Lounge as we have been during our past stays. With the “new policies” we plan to stay in another hotel on future visits to London which are more hospitable. Due to Covid and our age we haven’t been able to visit London for a few years. Oh well nothing gets better only more expensive.
