L'accoglienza, il buffet della colazione e la posizione dell'hotel

La grandezza della camera, non era molto ampia rispetto a ciò che ci aspettavamo anche per rapporto alle foto che avevamo visto. Inoltre la porta della doccia non si chiudeva bene e usciva molta acqua da sotto che andava nel bagno nella zona lavandino. Inoltre il receptionist si è dimenticato di chiederci se volevamo che ci venisse pulita la camera ogni giorno o no, e quindi non ci è stata pulita la 1 notte e abbiamo dovuto scendere alla reception per chiedere che ci fossero dati dei nuovi asciugamani. Inoltre sarebbe stato carino avere un piccolo mini bar in camera o perlomeno una macchina del caffè o un bollitore dell'acqua ma non era presente.

Stayed here with my wife ahead of the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Lahti. Loved the architecture and the entire artsy feel of the hotel. Additionally, it is located right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Helsinki Central station. Despite that, there is barely any disturbance or sound, which makes your stay calm and peaceful. Most of the key visiting sites in Helsinki are within a 15-25 minute walk from here, or you can always catch a tram or an electric scooter to get around. There are grocery stores and interesting restaurants nearby, and the hotel also arranges access to a fitness center at a nominal fee, if required. If you plan to take a ferry to Tallinn, then the West Terminal is merely 2.5 km from the hotel. The beach is around 1 mile from the hotel, and if you decide to go for a walk, jog, ride, or swim, it's a perfect place. Loved our time and stay at the hotel.

The room size that we opted for felt really small, more so because we had a bike bag. But otherwise decent space for two.

Everything was nice! Especially liked the semi-translucent wall between the room and the shower room which acted as a screen for naughty thoughts inspiring shadow theatre while not revealing any details.

The hotel is located in the center of Helsinki in short walking distance from the main sights. The staff is very friendly and the rooms well equipped. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing with a variety of high-quality (mostly organic) products. We definately recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning and a strong Wi-Fi signal. Centrally located in Helsinki within 10-15 minute walking distance to most tourist sites, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection. Overall a very nice, cozy hotel with friendly staff, convenient parking and situated in a nice area.

Excellent location and staff. Lovely breakfast. This was our second stay at the hotel this summer.

Last time we stayed at the back annex of the hotel, which felt brand new/newly refurbished, and the facilities were excellent. This time we stayed in the main building - the door had a huge gap, so we could clearly see outside and hear everything. This was annoying, especially as we were staying at the hotel on a busy weekend and it got quite noisy at times in the corridors.

the room was nice but there was a very much of dirt in the bathroom floor/ glass and there was a pistorasia kansi broken and the light switch frame was broken too.

Ambience of the room. Quiet even though it was on the ground floor.

Wished the staff would be clearer in terms of advise. Consulted on sauna but was not informed on the opening timing and wasted 20 minutes to get there only to be turned away due to closing time.

Friendly staff and very comfortable, quiet rooms. There is a sauna that guests can use for a small fee. Also the breakfast was exceptional. Location is very central to a lot of restaurants and amenities.

More snack and drink options inside the rooms.

Overall, very good . Awesome breakfast and warm staff. A good, very quiet and reliable place. Nice surroundings.

Small room and little equipment. For a four-star hotel, we can expect a bit more (a welcome coffee plate, for instance).

What an amazing building this is! Architecturally and historically, the Nouveau reception building is a must see. Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help. Rooms, though tiny, we're clean, warm and adequate for a short layover.

Rooms were very small and there is no drinking water supplied.
