Väga meeldiv hommikusöök. Äärmiselt lahke ja meeldiv personal, eriti registratuuris. Hotellil hea asukoht, Naantali väga meeldib. Loodus hotelli ümbruses on imeline ja jalutades väga nauditav. Huvitav keerulise plaanilahendusega hotellihoone. Meri ja palju linde.

Kolmest restoranist meie külastuse päevadel nädala alguses oli lahti ainult üks, kus me arveid väljakirjutava meid teenindava noormehega mugavat kontakti kahjuks ei saanud. Hotellist väljaspool sadamas asuvad restoranid olid põhiliselt veel suletud.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Saunaosaston myöhäinen käyttö myös plussaa.

Parkkipaikan maksuttomuus hiertää eniten, miten vitussa voi olla, että jos maksat n. 230 € / yö, kun käyt nukkumassa yhden yön niin et saa edes autoa parkkeerata ilmaiseksi.

Illallinen/päivällinen La Soleil -ravintolassa ei vastannut täysin odotuksia hinnan suhteen. Ruoan laatu, maku ja vaihtoehdot suhteessa illallisen hintaan ei ollut tasapainossa. Liian kova hinta. Omituisia ratkaisuja ja kikkailuja lämpimien ruokien suhteen.

The spa has a nice outside pool and water is very clean. The location of the hotel by the sea is beautiful. It’s a beautiful walk to Moominworld.

Our beds were unbelievably low quality. So soft that you were basically sleeping in a hole. Our child had the thinnest mattress on the metal travel bed I have ever seen. There was a loud air conditioning humming in the night. Note - rooms do not have air conditioning. No hot water in the shower, maximum temperature is tepid. Breakfast very disappointing: nothing freshly prepared (scrambled eggs in a heated container), no fish/ salmon, few fresh fruits (watermelon, apple, orange), only one type of pastry served. The egg topping (munavoi) of the Finnish rice cakes was rock hard and tasted bad. All I found to eat was joghurt. Very sad example of Finnish food culture. I expected to have salmon, smoked fish, berries etc. A 5 star has to serve eggs freshly! I am Finnish and brought my German husband here for a nice Finnish experience, what an embarrassment and rip off. We paid 235eur for our horrible beds in a tiny room.

very family friendly with lots of playgrounds for children, also the pool available for children was a big plus

the rooms can be upgraded a bit, they have kind of old design, also the shower does not work perfect as you have to clean the water on the floor afterwards. also the air conditioning not working. the breakfast in the morning is very poor, typical finnish food bit for turists I think the breakfast can be continental as not everyone likes to eat sausages first hour in the morning. there is no coffee machine, no available espresso machine, only filter coffee, this should definitely be improved.

Spa was fantastic watching the sunset from the outdoor pool was amazing.

spa facilities were mediocre; poos we’re a little bit on the cool side. Saunas were not that special. breakfast was mediocre. price was high.

Location of hotel is very nice, all what you need is near by.

So so far away form 5* hotel, everything in hotel is very old, very poor breakfast and luch even worse (and super expensive compare price and quality). In our bathroom was mold (I can attach photos if someone doubt, there was also insect coming from sink - I have photo also) those thinks can´t be part of 5* hotel. Wifi in our room 426 not working at all... Time to reduce stars from your hotel.

Everything was amazing,from the pools,to the cleaning of the room,also the breakfast it was the best that i had ,and also the staff very nice and friendly.

cleaning service for room not visit my room in 3 nights working hours for restaurants and bars are surprising and not in line with information presented on brochures Italian restaurant prepare my dishes for 3 person in 10 minutes (microwave???)

The food was great and the room generally good. Also, the staff was friendly and pleasant.

The segregated saunas (men and women separately) seemed weird and ruined the whole spa-experience. Finding a parking spot was nearly impossible.

everything was old and aged. it was far from 5*. in the spa pool sides were broken and there was rust everywhere. wasn’t worth payed money at all.

Location and breakfast good, most of staff are helpful.

Slightly overpriced for its current level (A la carte restaurant tried to even bill close to 3 euros for normal tap water; that is not the common practise in Finland.) Spa is nice for family (there were many small children) but the level is not 5 stars or excellent (anymore, maybe was once).
