Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order , reception staff were so so friendly and helpful, room was large and very comfortable, private parking on site

Loved the staff, so friendly and attentive. Location was great. Decor was amazing, you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making it beautiful. On site restaurant and bar was great. Breakfast each morning was SO good.

The mattress on our bed was quite uncomfortable

What a treat, friendly staff happy to go the extra mile. Greeted with a smile on reception, restaurant and through out the property by staff. Excellent food in the restaurant for lunchtime and evening meals. And a good choices for breakfast.

Coasters in the room to prevent marking the furniture when having drinks. Limited toiletries in the room.

The friendliness of the Staff,The Evening meals were amazing The only reason I didn't mark it a 10, Was the Morning Coffee option needs addressing

We stayed two nights but housekeeping did not clean the room after the first night

No room service. Left a sign on the door for room to be made up but nothing happened, something we have not previously experienced when staying in a hotel.

The staff were amazing. Thanks to Angela at the reception who was kind enough to arrange a good seating for breakfast considering my child with a disability. The room was really spacious, it even had a dining area which made it easier to manage feeding with the children. It was clean too! The breakfast was amazing!! It was close to local tourist attractions.

The decor of the hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely spacious and clean and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice having it made to order. Lovely outdoor space as well.

Transformation from hotel berry good. Staff so friendly. Food absolut fantastic .

Needs more options in breakfast. For someone staying for more than a few days, having the same everyday isn't ideal.

The room was right next to restaurant so could hear everything and room window was filfy and looked out at scaffolding
