Breakfast was good. But good to have bit different options every day.

The location was not so clear in the booking phase. We have paid the same amount as hotel room although we got an economy apartment which was too far from the hotel lobby.

Location was perfect. Breakfast quit good. Private sauna in the room.

The breakfast is really good in Lapland hotels. Great variety of local treats as well. Location is very good, right on center and the airport bus stop is in the back yard

The beds are quite soft, and atleast in the main building the sounds travel from the hall to the rooms

Relatively close to airport & centre of Levi...reasonable breakfast. Staff quite responsive to requests for slightly earlier check-in and check-out.

No internet or wifi in the apartment at all. This was a disaster that was not advertised on booking at all. On booking not clear which apartment is being booked. Windowless, stuffy bedroom. When we complained - no regund was offered. 400m from main building - so quite a trek for breakfast & any hotel requests. Ski cupboard in the basement is quite hard to get to. Ski tracks for cross country skiing are a 15-min walk away. Breakfast is standard Lapland Hotel fare but this time hotel was packed with huge groups and there were big queues and they often run out of bread. Overall, disappointing and overpriced compared to Akashotelli where we stayed last year.

Walking distance from the center and from the super market. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional.

The room and the bathroom were not clean, with dust and some else’s hair in the shower. Cleaning during the days was almost non existent. Water wouldn’t drain in the shower, crating a lake in the bathroom. Toilet brush was disgusting. All spaces would require a refurb. Given the price we paid, we expected way more from this hotel. Also, staff at reception could be trained a bit better on local activities.

the property has a private sauna which we enjoyed so much! They allowed us to check in early even though it was only 1pm! All the staff were so friendly.

Tv should have more english speaking channels for tourists.

Location to all amenities in Levi was great. 10 minutes walk to kids land. Accommodation was basic but clean and had all you need.

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment but it was about a 5 min walk to the actual hotel building which was a bit of a pain. No phone in room to contact reception. Beds were not comfortable at all

The spatial design of the room was creative, comfortable and the location of the hotel was strategic and convenient to travel to Levi Ski Resort, Northern Lights Village and other attractions.

The bathroom sink didn't work on our arrival day, but it was fixed as soon as I notified the issue to the reception.

The hotel was overall nice to stay in. Cozy rooms (we also had a sauna in the room which was nice )spacious restaurant with a warm and friendly feeling.

The room was rather small for a family of 3, the furniture outdated, the bathroom door damaged at the bottom (because of the steam from the sauna I suppose) and the shower was really hard to use as it would get stuck on tap position.

Well in the reception the staff was very helpful and friendly. But in the dining area, every morning same staff /service ladies must be train even to greet the guest, their faces are not approachable they don’t even smile. They even just took the plates from table without talking or asking or to say excuse me… 😂

The reception is very kind. The hotel offers late check-our service and store luggage service. The breakfast has various choices and the sauna in the room is awesome!

Rooms were old, temperature in the rooms were not up to par and it was very cold. On asking for change the answer was this is like this only.

A great location, only a 2 minute walk into the center, and opposite a large supermarket. It had loads of parking spaces just in front of our apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our family of 5.

All the beds were single beds. Thats the only comment, so it shows how happy we were!!!

Accomodation was clean, warm and cosy. Facilities are basic, but good equipped. Breakfast was very good, with many variants from where one can choose.

It is a very big hotel and they have different types of accommodation! we decided to book an apartment but it was overpriced because everything in the apartment was very old! It is also not good if you have heavy suitcases because you have to climb some very uncomfortable stairs.
