Location, friendly helpful staff member Andrew, parking onsite.
Loose and ill fitting toilet seat. Toilet roll holder was also broken. Our second bed wasn’t made up when we arrived. Shower was dark.

Well decorated and comfortable room. Convenient location with the beach and yacht club just across the road.
The lighting in the bathroom was dark but it was still ok.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned to an acceptable level.
Room A/C did not work, room was very small and bed was very uncomfortable. Location had very limited access for places to eat. Parking was difficult in very confined basement.

The location is great and my previous experience was very positive - I stayed for 2 nights some weeks back.
The room was small and only had a a sky light window. Given that I paid $400/night (which I assume was loading because of the Grand Prix), I was very disappointed.

Good that there was parking at the hotel. Very handy for a nice restaurant across the road.

Location close to beach and facilities was excellent. Small kitchen with microwave and stove top met all our needs.
Windows next to public walkway was disconcerting.
