Breakfast was superb, great variety and plenty of it.

El cuarto de baño estaba incompleto, sin bidet... no se limpiaba a diario. El agua de la ducha se salía hacia afuera. El tfno. no funcionaba.

One the floor where our room was, there were building works going on and there was lots of dust in the air going to and from the room

loved the pianist playing whilst having a very good breakfast . enjoyed sitting in the lounge in the sun near the pool.

they had a huge problem with their wifi for the 3 days we were there.

The place is well located the restaurant and amenities are really great. The rooftop pool is amazing. You have everything near the hotel. The stuff is amazing as well. Last thing the breakfast included is amazing.

I asked the reception to book a taxi for 04:15 ( 1 adult ) & was told it would cost €19 & that I would have have to cash immediately before the taxi arrived. Most insulting as I have stayed on 4 occasions this year. It doesn't cost that amount to get to the airport !

We were on 1st floor which was very noisy indeed. Box crushing machine and woman shouting during early hours. Tv Chanel’s are very poor considering the number of English speaking guests. Manny German, Spanish,French but only News channel for British.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, die Lage am Yachthafen ist natürlich spektakulär, man ist fußläufig gleich in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal erlebe ich jedes Mal sehr zugewandt und freundlich. Auch die Kooperation mit einem hiesigen Taxenservice zum Flughafen klappt jedes Mal perfekt. Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Restaurant, sowie ein Bistro direkt am Yachthafen an. Tolle Lage, super Service - ich komme garantiert wieder!

The mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept in. Lumpy and way too old. Lid of toilet kept slipping around. Bathroom was too small

Nous avons eu une suite alors que nous avions réservé une chambre double donc très bonne surprise. La réceptionniste, Alice, a été adorable; elle nous a donné de très bons conseils pour visiter Faro. Petit-déjeuner copieux et emplacement au top!

Les rideaux occultants dans la chambre ne le sont pas et nous n'avons pas pu éteindre la lumière extérieure sur le balcon qui est restée allumée toute la nuit

The room is in a great location overlooking the Marina. the breakfast are fabulous with a huge amount of help yourself buffet style food from cooked to continental, fruit pastries etc. the hotel staff always helpful and polite. Housekeeping everyday with fresh towels and bedding.

Rooms need a a couple of extra we feel. A shelf or cupboard in the bathroom, a shaving/makeup mirror in bathroom would be useful. We were on the fourth floor and found there a bit of noise in the early morning from the restaurant up above with chairs being moved etc. Also loud music from the bar till midnight on Saturday.

I had such a great stay at Eva Senses, the quality of room and the balcony view over the harbour was incredible given the money I paid. The included breakfast each morning was lovely with a great selection and great views on that rooftop restaurant with the live pianist. The rooftop pool + bar was great and never too busy . Staff all around the hotel very attentive, polite and helpful. Seriously impressed at the value for money - would definitely return!

Room quite small, but sufficient. Comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast very good; wide variety of fruits and both continental and hot items. Good local breads. Location - fine. Just as we expected. Very central, easy foot access to all of Faro, ferries, busses and trains. We used the small fridge to store our water, milk, wines and so on.

I was unable to receive the wifi signal. Logged in easily, but no internet received. It would be good to make the whole hotel, including balconies and pool area, non-smoking. There were times we had to close our balcony door and use the air-con to create air movement, albeit recirculated air. Wasteful. Occasionally a lot of outdoor noise at night - unavoidable for such a central location. However, closing the balcony door cut off the fresh air and the room (small) became stuffy. We had to use the air-con on full to compensate.

The concierge service was so wonderful. All of the staff made our stay great. The location is perfect. Easy walk to old town, shopping, and the train station.

Localisation idéale pour débuter un séjour sur la côte d'Algarve. Hôtel propre. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Très bel emplacement de la salle restaurant avec vue sur la marina.

L'accueil un peu long pour s'enregistrer. Une seule personne disponible qui vous demande d'attendre votre tour lorsque vous osez demander si ce sera encore long après 15 minutes passées avec le client précédent. Jamais agréable d'attendre si longtemps après un long voyage. Heureusement une nouvelle employée s'est montrée plus aimable.

some of the food in the restaurant. I was served with raw salmon, which could produce all sorts of stomach upsets and infections. I should have sent it back.

Locatie was top. ook het feit dat een (beperkt) gratis geparkeerd kan worden bij het hotel is nice. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en er was zelfs live muziek

Dat mijn kamer nog niet klaar was terwijl de tijd om in te checken al gepasseerd was tot 2 keer toe.

The property was located near the old town, marina and bus stations. The breakfast was decent and good selection of breakfast items.

The room walls look tired. The pool is freezing cold as it is in the rooftop.

Amazing location, lovely balcony room with marina views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast! Would highly recommend as a base to explore the area from.

Senses bar on the 5th floor was a bit grubby and dated. The bathroom didn’t have a window/fan/extractor & the door was a swinging glass door. Didn’t offer very much privacy…
