Breakfast is simple and good! the rooms are particularly good.

The loacition is very good,but during this huge construction work it is a bit difficult to get to and from the hotel, parking is almost non-existent, hopefully it will be finished as soon as possible !

Construction site in the plaza. The hotel cannot help it. Room was very quiet, nonetheless. It will be finished by the end of 2023, and it will be beautiful.

There is unrelated building work taking place adjacent to the hotel. We were there at a weekend so there was no activity.

The room is a standard hotel room. The location is fantastic. The breakfast is good.

I bit expensive for Portugal. I missed a swimming Pool because in was really hot in Aveiro.

Old world charm and friendly, helpful staff made our stay enjoyable

This hotel has a great location located off of one of the canals. They are renovating the park on the side of the hotel but don't start work until 7:30 8:00. It was not a distraction. The rooms are nice of good size. The bathrooms are nice and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. I think it's a good value and recommend it what didn't we like about

The parking is limited so if you're driving call ahead and see if you can get one of the five spaces in front of the hotel. Otherwise you're going to have to walk from a parking area.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great position. The quality of this hotel and its rooms is first class. great breakfast. lovely staff. nothing was too much trouble. There is major building going on towards the canal but it didn’t disturb us at all. we had a lovely room.

Not your fault but the canal view was interesting due to the renovations. Public rooms were in need of updating. A bit tired eg. the handbags etc. looking shabby.

Breakfast excellent

The staff was exceptional - from the very helpful front desk personnel who helped with the luggage, when I left the card in the room, giving directions, to the prompt and courteous wait staff at breakfast.

The room did not have enough lighting, the furniture was slightly big for the space, and the construction across the street wasn't the best view.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped find dinner accommodations, train tickets and taxis. The location is excellent. The room was Very space.

We over all liked the hotel and will recommend it to others. The hotel is somewhat dated. There was no water in the room when we arrived
