Food is really nice
Room a bit far from reception area . Had to travel through many doors and corridors . Not suitable for young children . Room too small for a family room

The property was modern, bright and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite and more than happy to offer assistance. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant/bar was superb. The free access to the pool and gym was a lovely surprise, and the children really enjoyed it. The hotel is very family friendly.
The bar/restaurant area can get very busy with local customers booking tables to eat, so when this happens there is nowhere for hotel guests to sit, eat and/drink. The staff were incredible in trying to facilitate us and did so, and we are so grateful. It just felt like the staff were under a lot pressure to this, which felt awkward.

The room was nice and comforable
The staff where rude and unhelpful it has turned my off returning to this hotel a staff member messed up are dinner bill and was so rude about it when they where at fault and no one apologised for this

Spacious room with a large and comfortable bed.
We ate at the hotel both nights and enjoyed both the food and the general ambience.
Unfortunately our sleep was disturbed on the second night by the sounds from the room above us, hearing their heavy footsteps and movement of furniture until late into the night and again very early in the morning.

It was a comfortable stay and we got upgraded
there was a strange smell in the room (smelled a little like someone had been sick in the room prior) which was said to management. when first said to receptionist, he did not apologise and could have been a bit more professional. management asked for maintenance to clean the room again, which they did.

The Staff are exceptional and THEY are what makes a good Hotel GREAT
Had a meal in restaurant around 8pm .It was a mediocre battered fish n chips .I,v had MUCH nicer from the takaway chippies .NOT UP TO SCRATCH and tiny portions Bad value for money and disappointing when one hasent eaten since 8 am that morning

Staff, Food and entertainment excellent.
There was a continuous noise from the machines on the roof outside my window, making it difficult to sleep. Need better sound proof windows.

Pool and food were really good.
Room wasn’t sound proof and we woke up during the night with people opening a hall door directly outside our room which was very annoying.

The girl on receiption when we arrived is a credit to you. She helped us to book dinner . She was chatty and made a real effort to come over to us and check all was ok. She made us feel very relaxed. Her customer care was excellent. Also the bar staff and waiters and waitresses were brillant . Food was delicious.
Sorry to say our checking out experience was awful the girl on receiption looked like she didn't want to be there let alone check us out. Also she told us and another couple all shops in shopping centre were opened from 10 which she need to learn it is actually 12. So we checked out but had to wait around for 1 and half.

Service for a drink while having dinner was very slow and had to ask another member of staff about 10 minutes later . I was around 7 pm and very quiet

pool was nice , and rooms were big enough and clean and bed, and most of the staff were lovely
the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and took staff ages to bring card machine , no atmosphere, I was very disappointed in this hotel over the price of the food , 14.95 for about 8 wings is scandalous and absolutely ripping Irish people off , 4 euro for a handful of chips we didn’t spend long here as drinks were over priced wnd we decided not to drink instead you’d be looking at spending well over 200 if you want to be full and have a few drinks, the breakfast was awful I didn’t touch it was just vile, defintely won’t be returning
