Very well done

Deluxe room was excellent, comfy bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast and all staff were excellent.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful Bed was good size and very comfortable. Rooms are clean. However, this is the least I would expect for a 220 euro room for one person in March.

The water at the wash hand basin in room bathroom was not hot, or even warm. Let it run for ages and did not get any warmer. The shower was warm, not hot. Also, would expect a nice shower in a hotel such a this. Shower in room was one small nozzle with low pressure and warm water. Generally most hotels have 2 nozzle options ,(one on hose and one from roof ) good pressure and temperature - disappointing. The fridge was not in anyway cold or cool. I left a pressed juice in it over night and it was warm the next morning! Again, disappointing.

Room was a good size. Staff were friendly. Common areas were nice.

Probably fine for a party weekend or a conference, just wasn't a good fit as a EUR425 per night Family Room. I lay awake until the early hours, listening to the DJ whoop whoop to terrible music in the function room, waiting for some quiet. When it finally stopped I had 4 glorious hours of sleep before my day began. Online it seems kid friendly with the kid camps and separate bookings for Adults Rooms vs those with kids so I'm disappointed.

Breakfast, Dinner, Room Excellent. Staff efficient and friendly. Central location excellent, free parking in Hotel parking lot very welcome. Shopping facilities on site pleasant suprise.

Mixer Tap not working to give drinking water (cold) in bathroom of room 157. 156 room mixer tap was fully working. No Complimentary Daily Newspapers given out by Hotel.

I like how close it was to the shopping centre, the view was lovely and the staff was excellent and welcoming.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable room, breakfast was excellent, great variety of beautiful food. Had dinner in the Bistro, Superb! Made use of the pool, steam room and sauna, I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

location is excellent, very central and parking is in the shopping centre car park, free of charge. very plush hotel and comfortable. we really felt like it was a nice treat.

we rang reception for two Bath robes and slippers and was told someone would be at our door in a few minutes no one called with them. I’m still waiting!

From staff at the front desk to dining staff, cleaners etc. Everyone was polite, happy and helpful. The rooms were ample size with lovely comfortable beds.Room with a view. Had a great 2 nights there.

Car park for the hotel was always full.

Room was spacious and clean , good facilities, breakfast had great selection was really impressed. Hotel facilities were great and great location.

Room must have been facing over a pub as music from outside was really loud even with the window closed but it did finish at around 11.30

Excellent hotel, excellent location. Rooms spotless and great size. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, can't beat an Irish fry!

Front desk staff very helpful, I booked online, but was able to add on breakfast when I arrived. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom - the bath was a bonus!

It could have been indicated that there were roadworks taking place directly next to the hotel, meaning that by driving you had to go the whole way around the town to access the carpark (as it wasn't picked up by the sat nav). The gates to the parking also lock, and you have to leave your vehicle to press the button to access it - a bit daunting when you're a solo traveller!
