We had a newer room was lovely comfortable and quiet. Linen excellent.

Pool needed attention and a good clean. Poolside bar Rafael was awesome but I was served a raw cold hamburger 🍔. Evening bar never opened. Restaurant food was average we had omelette.

The room was very nice and clean, good breakfast and a quiet area.

No coffee and tea facility in the room, seems to be a common thing in these country.

The staff just couldn't have been nicer! Professional and pleasant, from the front desk staff, to the dining room staff to the cleaning staff, to the spa staff. Everyone was very nice and very helpful! The hotel is big and really beautiful. They are doing some updating (there was some construction going on outside and in the room next to us, but they were considerate and it didn't bother us at all--some nice updating going on). The room (suite) was adorable and very comfortable. It was my favorite room of the many hotels we stayed at on our trip. The spa uses natural thermal spring water, which is why we went there! ♨️ The pool is very large and with great views--has a diving board and is very deep at that end! 😀 The breakfast was excellent. Best coffee of the trip, and the food was delicious. Overall, this is a grand place to relax and be calm. I could see spending weeks there! (Which, some people probably do, due to the medicinal treatments at the spa).

The staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and modern, but cleaning could be a little better

No English information at all about the hotel. We had no idea what facilities there were and if we could use them. All the posters were only in Portugees. Information at check-in was also extremely limited. Be aware that the average guest is elderly.
