This is a truly beautiful property. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the service is top-notch. The pool is very large and well-designed, with plenty of loungers around so you can find a spot to relax even on a holiday weekend. This hotel has become my go-to choice for when I need a quick getaway and a bit of luxury.

Because the restaurant is so lovely and the food is quite good, it came as a surprise to find that they had very little wine in stock. Considering the hotel is in the Queretaro wine region, I would expect them to have a better wine list to accompany the remarkably solid menu.

The service is terrible. Very slow and some people from the staff were not kind. In the restaurant, I had to order a coffee 3 times before I got it

Beautifully restored hacienda with gorgeous grounds and exceptional amenities. We were just stopping in for a quick overnight, and I wish we had a couple more days to enjoy it all. They have a really nice tennis court and a fabulous pool, plus a couple of cute bar areas and a lovely restaurant and terrace. Comfortable beds and friendly, attentive staff round out the experience. Looking forward to another stay.

Excellent service. We had loud neighbors, so we called the staff in the night, and they went above and beyond to ensure they stopped the noise, which they did. We had a great night sleep. The shower was also amazing.

Nothing not to like!!

The family suite or any suite is a must. All the games available, and overall the huge Hacienda. Beware if you travel in winter is cold.

The place is just wonderful and people are really helpful. The pool is super large and really nice. The farm is fun for the kids, you have extra activities like bikes or horse riding. The food is generally good.

Only 25% of the wines available, someone miscalculated our account hopefully by accident and wanted to charge a few thousands pesos additional. 30min wait time for Sunday breakfast. But the worst of all, beds are really really soft. Couldn't really sleep and left for another hotel.

The resort and amenities. Beautiful and relaxing place.

There was no views from our room, the balcony had a wall and a cover small window, so it was just a space without a use. Also our room was not very clean on arrival so we contacted the cleaners and they did a good job after.

Rooms are good

Huge and hard Pillows and I did not liked front desk service (how they receive and treat you as guest). I left with a feel that they were trying to charge for all they could and when I complaint that not even a coffee desk for free was available the front desk lady just said: we don’t have, we will tell our manager about your recommendation. Was not a recommendation, it was a complaint. I get more in a Courtyard for less $$.

I really liked the facilities

The people at the reception were not very friendly. The buffet is super expensive! And you don't get another option for breakfast.

Everything is clean and beautifully decorated, the place is lovely and staff is really kind.

It would be great if there were more than two horses to ride, so everyone gets a chance to live that experience.
