Ample Parking Place at anytime and it great for those traveling by car. Nice Pool.

A loud party going on by the pool till late 23.00. Our balcony was just the second floor above the pool.

Everything went well. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is quiet and welcoming, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The WiFi is good. They are pet friendly and welcome my dog each time I stay.

There was no plug in my wash handbasin. I mentioned this at reception and told them it was the same at my last visit (3½ months before). They gave me a reduction to apologise. It is strange (and rather annoying) that the window blinds go down automatically whenever you leave the room.

Hotel has a spacy parking. Staff are very helpful and room is big. Breakfast was very good. We realy liked to stay here.

Modern business hotel. Great breakfast, friendly staff. No issues finding a safe place for our bicycles. Near shopping mall.

Everything is excellently arranged. The staff are welcoming and helpful (24-hour front desk!), the hotel itself is beautiful, set back a bit from the noisy main road (Via JF Kennedy, in northern Cosenza); rooms are comfortable and are equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities (unusual in Italy), there is safe outside parking (or an underground parking garage), the WiFi is strong, and breakfast is wonderful. They are dog friendly too, and you can take a well-behaved dog into the breakfast room. There are also electric car charging facilities. The hotel surroundings are not attractive, so just relax at Europa, and there's a swimming pool for your arrival day.

Nothing, it's all excellent!

Comfortable, clean, modern with an excellent breakfast - one of the best I've ever come across in Italy. Bravo. Dog friendly. Convenient car park, also with charging post for electric vehicles. Good WiFi. Reasonable prices... What's not to like?

The sound of the tv didn’t work. The Breakfast was really poor and terrible service.

Good location in Rende and comfortable bed. Fair amount of parking. Good for a short stay

Rather small shower

Extremely convenient for getting into Cosenza centre. Free parking whilst we went into Cosenza for the morning. Helpful reception staff. Large sign for the Europa to look out for if you are driving.

Bedroom interior was rather sterile. I asked for a pot of tea at breakfast and got a jug of hot water, with a tea bag to do-it-myself. I had to ask for cold milk.

Pool looked dirty, not good to swim in.

Reception was great, very helpful indeed. The room was air conditioned and had a lovely balcony covered in astro turf - which our husky loved!! Only a 5 Euro charge for her! Real coffee machine, with 2 pods of Italian coffee, kettle, tea and free sparkling and still water provided in the fridge. (No milk though lol). Large TV - ok if you understand Italian and also good WIFI reception, did not seem to be a limit on devices, (we connected 4)! Massive bed and really clean and modern bathroom, will definitely use this hotel again.

The only "complaints", if they can be called that, is that the food we left down for Molly, our husky, was covered in ants within 30 minutes. (Not the fault of the hotel - just so any pet owners out there are aware)! Also, again probably circumstance, when we went to breakfast at 0745 we found that a tour group had been there at 0700 and there was hardly any choice left, it took 15 minutes for the staff to replenish the buffet, which on the face of it isn't too bad, but we had a 7 hour drive to Pozzallo in Sicily, via the ferry, so I really think that the hotel should have planned for other guests wanting breakfast instead of just the tour group.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, proper continental buffet with hot options, variety of local charcuterie and very good pastries!

Pool location it's not the best so water is cold
