The hotel is very nice and clean, the service is great, the pool is very clean and the food is fresh.

The vibes at the hotel are very nice, I could not use the spa area but from outside it looked really nice. The breakfast has a lot of options and it was very tasty.

The beds and pillows where too soft but that it a taste thing so some people might like them. I had the burguer at their restaurant for dinner and I didn't like it 😕

The hotel is very cozy and comforting with lots of art and ambience from the minute you enter the lobby. The spa has two floors of facilities and that is definitely the highlight of the stay. We went for a dance competition and were very impressed with how the whole event was handled by the hotel. The restaurant was lovely, all the food we had was impressive and really good quality.

The hotel location is a bit strange in between industrial area but some views from the spa is over the bay area and you don't notice the factory/refinery etc. You are about 20 mins out of Gothenburg so not exactly a quick trip to the city for exploring. But you come for the spa and relaxing so that shouldn't be your main goal

Small rooms. Very cold in the room and especially the bathroom floor. When we asked for slippers, it was reserved only to guests who had bought spa packages. The first one to greet us at the reception was very rude and not at all welcoming in any way. The breakfast was ok, could’ve been much better.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. During the weekend, no bus and if bus transport only on demand and only to a train station, not to the city. The rooms.Old fashioned and small (solo traveler) I was put as the only solo person totally isolated inside the restaurant at a small table at the wall.All other guests (sunny day, 27c) got a table outside. I really felt discriminated. As the food dis not artive within 30 minutes (salad) I left the restaurant .

Friendly staff

The room was very dirty, unhealthy, mildew and fungus in the sink and shower. The sink was clogged. Dog bowls and coffe machine definitely were not cleaned since the last use. Dirty towels.

Breakfast was incredible!!!! The food is delicious and fresh. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. The spa and garden was spectacular!

The hotel is literally perfect - it was pleasure to spend time in the lobby, in the room or just walking around. Many thanks for SHUFL. in the hall on the 1st floor :) Nature, food, staff - everything was great, really enjoyed our stay!

Location is a bit far from the city center. You can get to the center pretty fast (30-40 minutes by bus, 15-20 minutes by car), but public transport is going to the Arken area rarely. So we had to get back to the hotel in the evening through a forest for a couple of times. Basically I can't complain because the hotel's location is close to nature, we saw hairs and even deer not far from the hotel :)

Pleasant and helpful staff.

1. Location terrible, stuck in the middle of an industrial wasteland. No strolling possible outside the property. 2. First night couldn't sleep due to high volume noise from industrial cooling system outside our window. 3. Dear as poison, midsummer buffet 600 SEK for salmon and salad and water.

Beautiful view and nice environment and decorations The various spa pools and rooms supprised me the most. Really recommend!

Double room is small. Breakfast has not many options and not easy public transportation to get there.

Breakfast could be improved and although room was very nice but if it were spacious we two could have rated the room 10 out of 10 , now we give it 8out of 10

- pool/ billiard could need some polishing. No chalk, old sticks... - egg at breakfast was cold on both mornings
