If there were a kettle with tea and coffee in the room like in other hotels, that would be perfect.

dirty outdated room (walls, floors, thick dust all over floor) , tiny single bed with 1inch mattress, thinner than a standard mattress topper than kept sliding off because the bed frame was too small. could not sleep at all. no water, tea, kettle in room or available. no air con - busy main road right across the river - no sleep all night. staff not helpful at all. breakfast had good options. felt like being in a prison cell. avoid this place. not worth half the money they are charging

great that we could bring our small dog. the staff was friendly. breakfast was okay

really bad indoor climate, insanely hot during nighttime and not possible to open the very small window very much. When window was open the noise from outdoor was so loud even on the 5th floor that we did not sleep at all during the first night. The beds are not very comfortable, and the pillows way too hard and high.

we had some noise complaints due to a large group that had just arrived. The personnel of the hotel has dealt with the issue accurately and accordingly.
