the location was close to old town, the price was fair including breakfast!
the rooms are so tiny that you need to be tidy since no space to your unorganized clothes! shower was also not nice with a soft curtain which seems irritating..

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. It also had air condition - which helped during summer. Rooms are also recently renovated.
There were 2 small elevators for 7 floors, 1 of them was not working and there were no stairs leading to the ground floor. It took me up to 20 minutes to go to the ground floor during peak times and the small elevator was always crowded. The room was very small, even for 1 person.

The room was a bit stuffy and we could not open a window unfortunately.

This is the smallest room I've ever stayed in! I think this should be an Ibis budget. Only large enough for a double bed. Bed was not comfortable at all

The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was small, but very clean and had what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were fabulous. We felt very well looked after. We were only a short walk from the railway station and the town centre. For the price we paid, I thought we got a good deal.

Location was really good, staff was very kind and friendly, fresh pressed orange juice for breakfast.
Soundproofing in the rooms: We could hear noises from the floor above us - footsteps, shower, doors, etc. After the first night, we requested for another room at the reception and they were kind and gave us another room on the 6th floor. The room was much better, but we were often disturbed by doors banging in the corridor. There was a door closing fitting in the room doors which would close the doors swiftly.
Bedsheets: The material was not comfortable at all because it felt very warm (it was way too warm despite it being winter). We thought the AC would help with that but the air conditioning didn’t work.
Parking: Expensive, but I think that’s the case everywhere in Lille, so it’s understandable. Id suggest guests to park at a P+R and use the Metro to get there. It’s very easy and convenient.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was fine and sufficient. The location is within walking distance of everywhere. Definitely a place we would choose again.
Unfortunately the rooms were small, especially the bathroom… the shower curtain sticks all the time. The carpet was not very hygienic to me, there were stains on it.

The room was not soundproof, we could hear other rooms. The bathroom and room were dated. The food selection at breakfast was very limited. The bathroom was very small. The bedding was tired.

Location was great near the stations. Main centre. Breakfast was fab. Staff were lovely. Bed was so comfy. Shower was good.
Room was small. Perhaps a little dated. But we paid 65 quid a night including a great breakfast so don't care.
