very close to the metro and with a lot of parking spots near by! quite clean

at our arrive we where served by a man who was very impolite, he spoke to me from another room without even come to the desk! At night, when we came back from our visit there was a woman who was actually very kind! in the morning at 9 am we were wake up from construction right in front of our room! a very bad wake up

Small but great breakfast. Freshly made coffe or milk chocolate for everyone not just having a machine. Great value for money, everything was tasty, warm and crunchy. The location is not directly in the center but it is very close to a metro station that goes straight to the center every few minutes. Because of that the area is quite calm for a city. The hotel is not luxurious but it is great vlaue overall. Clean rooms, big windows, and working AC which is always a bonus.

Some employee entered our room at 2AM while we were sleeping, and he did it twice because once is not enough. We got a "sorry for the inconvenience" in the morning. It seems like he made a mistake. It was horrible.

Everything was great, nothing I didn't like

The room was very clean and tidy. Very spacious room with big window and a small balcony. The breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend it and I'm planning to stay again during my next trip to Torino.

Elegant, clean, affordable, not too far from town centre, wonderful breakfast. Whenever in Turin, I always go to hotel tourist. There's just no competition.

For me the bed was too hard, but that's something that is hard to manage for a hotel. And main light in sleeping room was broken.

Location is not so great. So the sound insulation of rooms. Shower drain can be improved.

nice rooms, bathrooms were big and clean. the aircondioting was nice and cold. it was only a 5 minute walk to the tram and metro and it only took around 10 minutes to get to the city centre. the breakfast was nice and had more then enough choice
