The place is located in a very quiet part of nature/forest, some minutes away from the great vineyards of Alsace. The spa was very useful and cosy. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Traditional french cuisine. I can only highly recommend this very nice place.

This hotel looks like something out of a fairy tale, all the surroundings take us to magical moments that are lived in the Christmas stories. The people are very friendly and always available and the quality of service is far above what you can think of receiving when making a reservation. The meals are the best you can think of, breakfast is very complete and good, dinner (we only had dinner there, unfortunately) is the best you can find. We can only thank the staff who attended us and wish us every success, as they clearly deserve

Unfortunately the restaurant did not live up to expectations I had steak and it was the worst steak I have ever had. The restaurant was only open on our first evening- why! Fortunately an excellent restaurant very close to the hotel.

the hotel is beautifully located and the property nicely arranged with a lot of greenery. Nice outdoor heated pool.

We were offered a Wi-Fi in the hotel but it did not work. We asked the receptionist for help and got the answer that he did not why Wi-Fi did not work as it should, and that he was not going to investigate further because this is not his responsibility. We ended up with no Wi-Fi and almost no network at all during our stay there, as the area seems to have a problem with the network coverage.

Nice garden with small swimming pool ideal for relaxing after a hike to grand ballon. Good starting point for hikes.

WiFi is subpar. Mattresses a bit on the hard side.
