The location by the Palace is incredible! Lovely staff and the breakfast is 5 star. Oliver (hope I’ve spelled his name right) at the bar was great!

Felt very hot and dry to sleep in the rooms, even with air con. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a table in the restaurant but the bar food was excellent.

Персонал дуже повільний, на сніданку брудний посуд не прибирають своєчасно. Кава жахлива , не смачна, ще й не дочекатися. Асортимент їжі на сніданку не оновлюють . Депозит затребували 800 € за 4 доби , що здивувало . Номер був оплачений заздалегідь.

Excellent location for visiting the Palace, literally a 5 minute walk. Parking underground makes life easy. Super room with comfortable bed.

Lage ist optimal zur Besichtigung vom Schloss und der Schlossgärten, auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Gutes Buffet zum Frühstück, Kaffee könnte besser sein. Grosse Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Keine Probleme für Hund, durfte überall dabei sein.

What a spread we had for breakfast! The hotel is within walking distance to the Palace of Versailles which was our plan. The hotel is near to the train station and there are fast foods in the vicinity. If your plan is to sleep in a bit more, and be in the queue before 9am to visit the palace, this would be the hotel to stay in.

There's nothing not to like.

I loved the location of the hotel and the city of Versailles. We tried to eat at the restaurant but on two different nights the kitchen was already closed, one of which was our last night in France before heading back to the States. However, the bar was still open on our last night so we decided to have a couple of drinks. Last call was announced and our glasses were not empty but we asked if we could have one last drink (a glass of wine & a crown & 7) to take to our room but we were turned down by our bar tender. However, the other bar tender was pouring tequila shots for a single female with three men which seems a lot more riskier than a married couple going up to their room to pack.

I thought the room was very small but to me that is expected and I can understand due to the location. What I don't understand is why the shampoo and body wash was empty on arrival. The front desk was notified and housekeeping never stopped by. When we left the next morning we personally went to the front desk and advised again that our room does not have any shampoo or body wash. When we returned to the hotel around 10:15pm the kitchen was closed so we headed up to our room but no one had refilled the shampoo or body wash. The next morning I was really irritated by this since MGallery says they provide Clarins products in their bathrooms but in reality you basically have to beg for it and the same goes for any extra towels! When we returned to the hotel later this day they finally provided refills. Lastly, I was not pleased with the sitting chair, desk, and desk chair since they were torn and tattered which is unacceptable to me. In case it is helpful, I believe we were in room 515.

У Старе Місто рекомендую ходити в парі з кимось. Особливо у вихідні, коли цей район безлюдний. Одинокі прогулянки - можна провести у Палац, Сади Версаля, Центр міста 👍

Nous avons été mal renseigné à propos du restaurant et avons - de fait - failli ne pas pouvoir y manger. Également, il n'était précisé nul part que la salle de sport n'était pas accessible...

The bed was too hard for my liking and the pillows were too soft. Feather-filled pillows provide no neck support to me. Prices for basic soft drinks and coffee / tea were outrageously high.

Nous étions dans une chambre avec une porte de communication vers la chambre voisine. Lorsque les clientsvoisins sont arrivés et qu'ils ont parlé nous avions le sentiment qu'ils étaient dans la chambre... le calme n'est pas arrivé avant 1h30 du matin et réveillés à 6h30 avec... le réveil du voisin !

la propreté de la vaisselle au déjeuné: le lave-vaisselle manque visiblement d'efficacité, traces de café ou d'oeuf séché ce n'est pas bien grâve mais décevant pour le standing. Le papier toilette si fin que l'on voit à travers le restaurant l'alcove a un très mauvais rapport qualité prix avec des vins beaucoup trop chers à la carte par rapport au prix commercial. Mon mari étant caviste cela nous a fortement choqués. Un service se voulant à l'ancienne mais où on sert l'homme d'abord! Détail direz-vous mais oui ça compte. Dans l'esprit je recommande le restaurant " Le boeuf à la mode"

Une chambre spacieuse bien aménagée avec une literie confortable. La chambre a été faite tous les jours et les serviettes remplacées. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié. Le personnel au petit déjeuner était nombreux, gentil et attentif dans une salle bien agencée. La rapidité et l'efficacité du majordome requis pour un problème de joint dans la douche.

Principal problème: un défaut d'étanchéité au niveau du pare-douche a généré une importante flaque d'eau. Une partie du joint était manquante. Une réparation a été faite immédiatement suite à l'intervention du majordome mais la fuite a persisté tout en étant moins importante. L'usure du tissu du fauteuil installé dans la chambre. Les serviettes ont été remplacées tous les jours malgré le respect des consignes indiquant la marche à suivre pour préserver l'environnement.

Excellent location for the Palace of Versailles and others restauarnts / bars were a short walk away. Buffet breakfast had plenty of food options and was very well presented. The hotel's own bar was very nice too.

Room service (used twice) due to not being well. First time took 3 attempts to get my order sorted (there seemed to be a language barrier); 2nd time around was much better - the food itself was good and again well presented.

le dernier matin pas d'eau chaude à la salle de bains......... au restaurant aucun légume soit pour les entrées, soit pour les plats principaux. il a fallu demander en cuisine pour qu'ils trouvent un légume.......hallucinant.

Bonne localisation de l'hôtel vs le centre-ville et le château. Espace. Parking attenant. Calme
