La signalétique pour arriver jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Nombre de places de stationnement un peu juste.

Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Goede sfeer en auto parkeren op eigen terrein. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes met fijne bedden. Locatie midden in het centrum op loopafstand van de Kathedraal.

Cet hôtel est propre, calme, les chambres sont fonctionnelles et le personnel est souriant et sympathique.

Toutefois attention, l’hôtel dispose du label « Accueil vélo » ; en arrivant avec nos vélos, nous nous rendons compte qu’il ne dispose ni d’un espace dédié, ni de l’équipement attendu (kit de nettoyage et réparation) ne permettant pas aux cyclistes d’être accueillis dans de bonnes conditions.

Une situation en hyper centre et un parking sécurisé. Le gérant est sympathique et de bon conseil.

La réceptionniste à notre arrivée qui agissait/réagissait comme si elle avait fumé les franges de la carpette...

Un Campanile inhabituel: situé en centre-ville, chambres spacieuses, salle de bain au top. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking très apprécié.

Les matelas étaient un peu moyen.

Nous avons apprécié le centre ville à proximité de l’hôtel ainsi que le parking. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Et l’accueil très chaleureux.

L'emplacement est bien situé tout près du centre ville , avec parking privé ! La déco est moderne et jolie, le personnelle est sympa ! Petit déjeuner assez varié et bon.

La salle de bain n'était pas nettoyée après le départ des clients précédents ! On a trouvé même les essuies des baines mouillées dans la salle de bain....😕 heureusement qu'il y avait des propres sur le lit! Le matelas et les coussins trop mous à notre goût...mais la chambre était grande, avec vue sur la cathédrale !😉

Access to hotel was via a "no entry" street, with exception for access to private parking. This should have been advised in directions to hotel.

This was just a stopover hotel for us, so was perfectly adequate for our requirements

The location could not have been better. The staff, particularly Jean-Paul at check-in, were welcoming, friendly and informative. The room itself was large, with an amazing view of the cathedral, decent air-con and a good-size bed. Shower was also good, with plenty of hot water. And the parking facility was a bonus.

Breakfast might be viewed as a little expensive, and there was a lack of freshly brewed coffee. But otherwise, we were really happy with our stay.

Good location close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was super kind and helpful.

There were not enough towels in the rooms. The toilets were dirty.

Really bad smell of drains during our whole stay. Reported it to reception (the extractor fan wasn't working either) but nothing was done. Breakfast wasn't good and staff seemed very flustered. No tea making facilities in the room (we had to go down to the dining room and help ourselves).

Hotel is conveniently located near to the Cathedral, station and the city centre. Its carpark is immediately behind the hotel, at an extra charge. We found the hotel to be very good value for a city centre location, suitable quality decor and facilities for its price range. Reception area is spacious and welcoming, with a lounge area immediately adjacent. Staff is helpful and courteous. Our room (3rd floor) was spacious and light, good ventilation and good views towards the Cathedral.
