Nice breakfast and dining area. quilt area in town. We were just passing by this town. But we had a good time here.

The room is a little bit small.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Abgeschlossener, sicherer Parkplatz auf der Rückseite des Hotels. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Schön angerichtetes Abendessen. Relativ kurze Entfernung bis zur Kathedrale (20 Minuten), Markthalle, Place de J., Insel ..... sehenswertes Bahnhofsgebäude (10 Minuten). Gern buchen wir wieder dieses Hotel.

Der Trakt, in dem wir untergebracht waren, war eine Baustelle. Es hätte sicher noch andere Möglichkeiten der Unterbringung gegeben, denn das Hotel war nicht voll belegt. Das Frühstück war bestenfalls mittelmäßig. Die Anordnung des Frühstückbuffets verbesserungswürdig!

L’accueil et le service

Un restaurant dans un hôtel qui n’accepte que des clients qui ont réservés bien que ses derniers aient une chambre dans l’hôtel. Pour le petit déjeuner pas de problème mais pour déjeuner ou Diner si on oublie de réserver difficile d’avoir une table sinon on mange bien

C'est très bien. Le seul petit bémol est que la salle de bain commence à vieillir (un peu) mais rien d'urgent.

Chambre confortable et propre- petit déjeuner bien présenté - bonne restauration - possibilité de parking (limité en fonction du remplissage de l'hôtel)-accès rapide au centre ville et la gare

Température des plats chauds un peu limite (poissons et riz à peine tièdes) ; nous avons du demandé de réchauffer les plats; toutefois le personnel a tout de suite répondu favorablement à notre sollicitation !

Very quiet, well insulated. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The room had a good size, with a table and chairs, a closet and a mini fridge. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no toilet brush! There were outlets only on one side of the room, which made it difficult to charge our phones in bed. In the room we had only disposable paper cups, no real glasses or cups.

In general, all very good. Our room faced the parking lot behind the building but that meant it was quiet and we could even sleep with the window open a bit for fresh air which was nice because the air conditioning hardly worked. Breakfast was very good - nespresso machine and nice collections of loose teas and fresh squeezed orange juice. Location is reasonably central and the available private parking made it easy when we came by car. Room was clean and comfy and the shower gel smelled nice. Staff was friendly and they managed to squeeze us in for dinner in their restaurant which was good because it was fairly popular and we booked this all a bit last minute.

The staff had a great vibe and energy. Melissa was the great friendly face that met us. She is a full of energy and her energy definitely made a difference to our visit. The following day we met Anaïs who was also very friendly and helpful. These two ladies are great assets to the service industry and I wish them well

Melissa mentioned that we might be able to expect a gym and other facilities in the near future so looking forward to visiting when I’m next in Metz
