We have choosed this Hotel for our first trip in our Honeymoon. Hotel have arranged special welcome packet and design for our room. I want to say that is a big surprise for us and it is a great moment when we entered into our Room😊.

Very nice Staff. Excellent breakfast, all you could want. 10mins walk from Metro.

The breakfast was good but very expensive (20$), not good value.
The mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. The rooms have nothing ….. no toiletries at all except body/hand wash which was empty and never filled! Our room was never cleaned because we were in the room when the cleaning crew came and they never came back later. There was a small fridge but no microwave so could not heat leftovers. Even tea/coffee and paper cups were never refilled because room was not cleaned.

Easy to get to by car and nice parking basement, short walk to the metro.
Boring conference style hotel, no Paris charm - but convenient if you are in Paris with a car.

Excellent bathroom and shower, good water pressure. Comfortable large bed. Very quiet, and a great location, close to the train and metro, and right on the river. Also, close to a grocery store and a patisserie. Staff were helpful and were able to communicate in English. A very helpful map was also provided, and having a little refrigerator in the room was nice.
Limited supply of tea and coffee, and paper cups for hot drinks. Proper mugs with handles would be nice, and a larger supply of milk. The air-conditioning was in the entrance, so the room didn't get as cool as I would have liked.

Service was great, extensive and very good breakfast, great room with nice beds and big comfortable bathroom. Staff was lovely. Location was perfect at the Seine and nearby public transport. Free parking facility of the hotel is a huge benefit.

Clean and comfortable room. Free parking. Close enough to the city center to visit tourist attractions. Close to busstops.
Neighborhood is not the best. Lots of fast food pickup restaurants but little to dine in. No dinner is served in the hotel in the weekends.

Not very modern, the carpet throughout looks very dull and old, giving the impression that it's dirty.

The bar and restaurant closes at 2.30 pm. on fridays and weekend - no info about this when I booked. I asked if there was any bars/restaurant they recommended for me outside of the hotel. Their answer was "I really would'nt recommend a young lady as you to go out in this area alone, its unsafe" (Im 29. y.o) - good to know...But happy for the person who said it and was honest with me. I checked in 2 pm, I checked out 2 hours later..The staff was not very helpful and they seemed upset about when I told (kindly, with tears in my eyes) that the hotel did not live up to my expectations. No good service or kind vibes at all. The whole environment was off and odd and my impression of the hotel when I went in at first (couldnt even find the entre at first, it was kind of hidden in the fasade of the building) was a bad feeling. It felt more like coming to a hostel considering the welcoming from the staff, the information I received and the "service".

Very practical people that travel to Paris by car. Breakfast was very good
We had some issues with double payment of the room that's was fixed eventually. Everything else was fine.

the property room was decent in size and comfortable. The block out curtains were a treat. even though the room was facing a busy highway, noise was not an issue
it was so far from the city to walk. It was close to two train stations, I would suggest catching the Metro from Liberté as opposed to the C train as this is a somewhat dodgy area .
