location exceptional, very friendly staff. our room opened directly onto the canal

The bed was to hard for us. the bath could do with a hand rail for stepping out of the bath onto a wet floor . We also though 18€ for a continental breakfast for what was on offer was very disappointing. Also put a sign on the machine to cook your eggs so know how long it will take.

Greatly located, well equipped – nice bedding, lovely toiletries, fantastic view, polite staff, smooth check-in and check-out. The parking is well organised — you can come by car to the hotel, load/offload and then go to the parking lot in 5 minutes nearby.

The bathroom could be renovated a little. I mean it wasn't dirty, but the sealing between the tiles wasn't perfect. And also the toilet seat had a crack, so it was uncomfortable to sit on. I think these details can be easily fixed to make the hotel a perfect stay!

4 star hotel located within the Port Grimaud complex with restauarnts and bars literally outside the main entrance. Parking is in a separate private residents car park which is 5-6 mins walk away but you can drop your luggage off at the door for a limited time. You will need to show proof of booking to the guys on the security gate at the entrance. Staff could not have been more helpful and lovely room overlooking the marina

Not a criticism but how come it has 4 stars but no onsite restaurant or bar?

Laurane at the front desk was amazing and eager to help us. The location was great in Port Grimaud

The WiFi didn’t work well and there was an issue with our sheets not being clean the first night.

Very little. Only slight negative is there is little spare room when you have two suitcases.
