clean peaceful friendly staff

Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and delicious food in restaurant. Easy parking. Good location for us having our own car, but there is a bus stop just round the corner with regular buses down to the city centre of Kiel, which is definitely worth a look. All staff very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English, which we found very helpful.

For the price, some body lotion should be provided. Why are the bath towels so small?

but the room 153 is not worth 4 stars, is too cramped, especially the toilet which also has a smell from the lokum which is unbearable that we had to keep the door closed and the ventilation on constantly. if you have an electric car you need to charge (for a fee of course), you also have to pay for parking

Very noicy superior room, right above the kitchen. There was a mechanical sound thar went on even after the kitchen closed at 23:30. No real door (privacy) between toilet and room. Food in restaurant was overpriced.

The quiet surroundings in the middle of the city. The pool for a morning swim. The delicious fish restaurant and fabulous breakfast.

Some of the spa features didn't work easily. Perhaps temporarily out of order.

old fashioned hotel in a very fine district of Kiel, wellness & spa, and the inner garden was excellent

excellent Resturant, good parking. Nice area to walk the dogs.

Booked a room with a full bed. Got a room with two single beds pushed together….. not good.

Very accommodating staff, who helped us even though we were delayed and drove in late. Excellent location and proximity to the beach and the promenade. Very clean. Very comfortable. Pleasant food in the restaurant.
