Sehr freundliches Personal sowie angenehme Räumlichkeiten und ein tolles, hier zurecht vielfach gelobtes Frühstück. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Ich habe mich für die Buchung des Hotels aufgrund des Wellnessbereichs entschieden. Auf der Suche nach den Konditionen zu dessen Nutzung bin ich bei Booking nicht fündig geworden. Daher habe ich mich auf der Internetseite des Hotels informiert. Dort steht bei einem Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück: "Im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist (...) die Nutzung des Wellness- und des Fitness-Bereiches." Nach der erfolgten Buchung über Booking wurde ich darüber informiert, dass die Nutzung der Sauna mit zusätzlich 15 Euro berechnet wird. Der Inhaber hat mir sehr freundlich im persönlichen Gespäch erläutert, dass die auf der Homepage genannten Konditionen nur für die Buchung über die Hotelhomepage gelten. Dies war nicht ersichtlich. Freundlicherweise hat er mir angeboten, die Sauna bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt kostenlos zu nutzen.

I know it's a cliché but this was really a home away from home and I'm so glad I canceled another hotel I had booked and changed to this one. Such a sweet boutique hotel. Staff are always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast was so good and generous that on the second day I had to request that they cut down the quantities they were serving me to half. And even that was more than enough. You get to choose in advance from a range of high quality products from diffrent cheeses, cold cuts, smoked fish add egss made to your choice. Fruits are fresh, coffee is great and music is wonderful. I stayed in a single room which was large and comfortable. I realy recomend this hotel. Also as it's very close to the city center.

Cozy little hotel in the heart of Hannover. I You can easily walk to the next tram station or take an e-scooter to Kröpcke. Very kind, attentive and helpful staff, great breakfast. Would definitely book again!
The facilities are "old but gold". Everything is in order, but alltogether not very modern. The air conditioner in the room is pretty noisy, you probably can not run it while you are sleeping.

The A/C saved me. It was 40°C but I slept like a baby thanks to that airconditioning. Staff were superhelpful while respecting my space and pace. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, definitely worth the money. I like that the hotel is small, the guests act more relaxed but also more respectful towards each other. I guess relaxed and pampered are the best way to describe my experience.
As for the location, it's about 5 min walking from the nearest metro stop, there's a supermarket 3 min away, restaurants are nearby too. You could also walk to the city centre within 30 min. It's an area that has a university, normal housing and a few shops, so it felt very safe.
Deutsche Bahn, those trains... just accept that if you come by train, you will be late, no matter what. Not the metro, the metro is very punctual, so the moment you're in Hannover, you can be at ease!

We were just there for one night so we didn't even get to use the kitchen. Location is great and breakfast was superb. I would highly recommend this place.
