Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders an der Rezeption. Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung und Parkhaus direkt am Hotel.

A/C did not work properly (not adjustable and far too weak), so the room was quite hot Wifi needs frequent re-login (probably a bad implementation of the captive portal), devices get kicked out on a regular basis (at midnight?), so it is possible to inadvertently use cellular data instead of wifi on mobile devices - especially annoying for longer stays

poor ans sparte light in the bedroom, bad pillows, too thin, an no additional blanket or pillows. Lack of trillers for thé luggage

The help of staff understood my disability problems and did everything to assist me. 5 star service

No facilities for the disabled NO shower facilities. Excelent staff even offered to close the spa facilities to make a shower available. Bathroom door too narrow for wheelchair access. I wish to add that at all times the staff were excelent.

Everything was good. Location, breakfast etc.

We booked one big family room, but were give two smaller rooms. We had to split and sleep in separate rooms.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. The bathroom smells like it was never cleaned. One lady from the breakfast staff was really rude, but the rest were nice.
