It was a good stay, the rooms were fine, I was rested and comfortable. Great for a travellers one night stay. Breakfast was also very good.

The minibar didn’t work, the bathroom smelled bad, like it needed a good thorough cleaning, no coffee or tea or watercooker of any sorts in the room. It all was a bit meh.

quite run down half of the staff is impolite & unfriendly and not service oriented.

The is a fairly large family friendly hotel close to the A4 highway. It's opened in 1993 - most facilities are dated but are in good working order. We appreciated our spacey, comfortable and well-furnished suite composed of two bedrooms. Our kids appreciated having the extra space to themselves and so did we. The swimming pool (at room temperature) and sauna were nice extras. Excellent, rich breakfast buffet - highly recommended.

No children's meals and very limited veg options on the restaurant's dinner menu. Chicken nuggets and French fries are not a lot to ask for...

the location is beautiful..quiet

the room where I stayed needs some urgent repairs...as well as downstairs in the sauna...the restaurant is actually self-service

The beds were very uncomfortable. No water was placed in the car and no facility for coffee in the room was provided

The sauna and swimming pool

it was quite clear that some guests were valued more than others particularly those who were part of coach parties. This meant certain amenities weren’t available to us for much of the time. However this is not the fault of the staff back of the hotel policy.

I liked that the hotel offered a room for a family of four. Nice pool and staff. Classic hotel buffet breakfast.

The door between the bedroom and the room with the sofa bed could only be opened from one side. This is pretty inconvenient since our little one often wakes up in the night. Even better would be a room room with 2 queen beds rather than a suite. Don’t know why this is so hard to find.
