Das Personal war insgesamt sehr bemüht, die Lage am Waldrand ist phantastisch.
Das Restaurant war insgesamt gut hinsichtlich angebotenen Speisen und Getränken, das Personal war - von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant - sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die (Teil-)Renovierung kann dies leider nicht aufwiegen. Durch den geschlossenen Gang wuchs Unkraut herein, Boden in manchen Bereichen Rohbeton, nur dürftig mit Teppich abgedeckt usw.
Unter unserem Zimmer hatten sich leider Kettenraucher befunden, die keine Minute ohne Zigaretten ausgekommen sind und die Terrasse dauerfrequentiert haben. Wir konnten nicht mal kurz stoßlüften ohne den Rauch sofort im ganzen Zimmer zu haben. Die einzige Möglichkeit war mitten in der Nacht aufzustehen und zu lüften oder warten bis sie beim Frühstück waren...........

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice
The swimming pool is actually the public pool nearby, which we had to pay extra for. This was not shown on Booking. The breakfast was also overpriced compared to the food options.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind schön.
Allerdings wird mit der Therme geworben, deshalb hatten wir das Hotel gebucht, schade, dass im Kleingedruckten dann steht, dass sie genau in dieser Zeit die Therme geschlossen hat. Es ging nicht nur uns so, die meisten Familien, die dort waren, hatten das Schwimmbad als Grund für den Besuch angegeben. Wenn dann die Therme nicht offen hat, dann sollte man erwarten, dass für Kinder eventuell weitere Angebote zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn dann aber das große Trampolin am Spielplatz als Kompostablage genutzt wird und der Spielplatz am Zusammenbrechen ist, dann erscheinen einem viele Fragezeichen. Die Außendarstellung ist meiner Meinung nach bodenlos.

The room was big. The location is near public swimming pools.
They didn’t have kettle in the room, which is nowadays very popular. The pillows are pretty worn out.

The room it was very clean and bigger than we expected,we felt comfortable.
We were accommodated in a ground floor room with the door to the back of the hotel, where there is free access from everywhere. The door was broken and didn't lock, which for a long stay would be a problem. The distance from reception to the room with our suitcases was endless and difficult to go down and up the stairs

Staff was nice and it was a comfortable stay.
The property is listed or it gets listed when you filter "indoor pool". In reality, it does not have its own pool and the pool they refer to is only open 1 - 7. The pool was important for us, but we were not able to use it in this time span.

staff is overwhelmed and not trained well to provide a positive customer experience. unfortunately, staff at reception as well as restaurant were rude and as a guest you felt apologetic to ask for things.
Buffet for dinner as well as breakfast was not managed well: neither there was enough food nor the quality was sufficient.
one of the waiters mentioned that they are only two employees working in the restaurant.
this is poor management, organization and training which is impacting the guests experience spending money to stay in this hotel.
not to forget that we are talking about a 4 star hotel - and not a motel.

Breakfast was nice. We had diner once and I would not recommend it.
Unfortunately the pool complex next door was closed and had been for months for renovations. The hotel could have been more forthcoming about that, instead of writing to check “Corona restrictions for changes to opening times.” Since all the pools were open this summer, we didn’t check and were disappointed with the closure due to REMODELING not Covid.

Amazing room, very modern and comfy. I would stay here again. The breakfast is very good, one of the best I had in a hotel.

Pool and wellness area was not included. We had to pay extra. Information on this was somewhat misleading.
Pictures from pool areas are used in the booking site, and we read that pool and sauna was included prior to our stay.

even though we checked in late. Although the staff did not work 24 hours a day, they informed us about this and put our room keys in the box outside (the box is encrypted, of course). The breakfast is an ideal breakfast.
The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean.
Assuming that the hotel is in nature due to its location, it has a bit of a scary situation for night entrance. because it is very dark around and the lights on the roads leading to the rooms are dim. If you want to get air on the balcony, a frightening darkness does not leave you. Even though we had rented 3 different rooms, we were wondering if we should stay in the same room. And because we entered late, we could not benefit from the open-air pool.
