Very friendly staff!!

The hotel was renovated recently. has an excellent location and offers free parking in the garage. The staff was helpful and all administration went quickly. The breakfast was good for me. The room is large and clean. I will come back during my next trip to Hockenheim.

We didn't feel welcome in this hotel at all. We arrived slightly later after official check-in time at 22:00 (in fact 22:05, but we informed about possible later arrival in advance by phone and message). After presenting our IDs that clearly showed that we are not locals, receptionist talked to us intentionally in German. Only after remark that we don't understand German language, the receptionist switched to English, expressing some facial frustration, eye-rolling and deliberately adding that the reception is already closed for 5 min. We knew that the hotel has underground parking garage. Before the arrival, we sent the message to the hotel and asked what is a height of entrance gate. We didn't get any response. Upon arrival we found out that our car with the roof-top cargo box didn't fit because of the 2m entrance gate height only. When we asked if we could park our car in the empty yard in front of the hotel, our request was declined. The room was not properly set up. There was capsule-based coffee machine, but we found 0 coffee capsules in the room. There is no AC in the room, couple of portable ventilator fens didn't help too much
