this hotel is very charming and comfortable. rooms are nicely decorated and everything seems new. very well linked with the city centre/old town. the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it

Very nice hotel in quiet and well located neighbourhood. Staff welcoming and professional. The kitchen guest may use and eaying equipment in the room - a pleasant surprise.

Location is great and the bathroom was with a bathtub as requested. The special shampoo for my little daughter was also a nice attention. Thank you for that.

Location is great but compared to other boutique hotels in the city (Josef, Plattenhof) I use to book for less money, this one was just disappointing. The room looked like a cheap **, the bed was very small for 2 and the breakfast just poor choice and low quality. Nobody was at the reception, neither when we arrive nor when we checked out.

1. The room was not cleaned during our stay 2. The floor of old building was very loud. Sunday morning upstairs packing disturbed sleep 3. Sat sauna is open. But with a free of 20 Swiss fran not free

We loved the location near the Zürich Lake and the easy access to Tram or walking to the Center of town. The room was large and super clean, the bathroom modern and new. Breakfast was amazing. All hotel 🏨 employees were extremely kind and helpful. We had booked a parking spot which worked out great. Overall - great experience and we would return in a heart beat. ❤

There was absolutely NOTHING we didn't like. Best place to stay in Zürich.

Staff were excellent, breakfast great, and the room with a little balcony perfect.

The hotel has exactly 2 parking spaces so if you are going by car you can work out yourself the probability of getting one of those! The young lady at reception was incredibly nice and helpful though and provided a CHF15 parking permit for one of the blue zone parking spaces around the hotel.
