We had too many mosquitoes and flying creatures in the room. Lift and reception is too much shabby. Blankets are small. Dirty and doesnt give a feesh vibe. Toilets were dmelly.

Toilet a bit dated and does not commensurate with room deco. Too pricey but maybe it's summer and high demand in July

Simple accommodation in Interlaken. Perfectly located as every other hotel in the city. Staff was nice.

Not so comfortable, okish for a 2 night stay.

It was fine. Nothing exceptional and a little misleading. Very expensive for what you got. The cheapest bath towels & linens known to man, but it’s a place to lay your head.

Honestly not the cleanest & terrible linens.

We loved the location and it was an affordable option for traveling on a budget!

The sheets and room smelt so strongly of cleaning chemicals that it was hard to sleep and breathe clean air. There were very minimal “extras” as far as towels or other toiletries to make the stay more enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly. Location is excellent.

Room was spacious for three adults and had basic amenities.

The hotel is very basic with no breakfast options and the reception staff speak basic English.

I didn't like the doors being locked to the outside after midnight. If you didn't get a key you couldn't get out

Good location few minutes walk to Interlaken West. Room was clean. Staff were helpful and heated up some food for us even though there was no public microwave available for guests.

Our room was for 4 people, it would have been good if there were 4 chairs instead of 1 or 2 so everyone could sit and eat properly in the room. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell of urine so we had to keep the door closed at all times.

Very well located, price was good compared to other hotels with similar location.

Some renovation would be good - some curtains were falling from the hangers, as well as some of the upholstery on chairs were stained and worn out.

Location was amazing. just 5 minutes walk from Interlaken west and 1 minute walk from bus station All the shops and restaurants were nearby Staff was very cooperative and helpful :) Kudos to them

Room was not clean properly everyday, we had to ask every-time to clean twice after leaving room and coming back after the whole day. I think this could be improved Beds were not very comfortable (old narrow spring beds) considering the money which is charged. There were no bathroom amenities except body wash/Hand-wash
