Die Lage gegenüber dem BUGA Gelände war super. Nachdem man den ganzen Tag gelaufen ist, war man gleich im Hotel, oder man hat es wegen der Hitze zwischendurch aufgesucht und ist abends noch mal aufs Gelände und konnte weiter die Blütenpracht bestaunen. Die Matratzen waren weich, was ich persönlich phantastisch finde. Die Klimaanlage war auch super denn sonst hält man es an so heißen Tagen nicht mehr aus. Frühstück war umfangreich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen., auch wenn man in die Innenstadt will, zur Straßenbahn sind es nur wenige Schritte oder wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man auch laufen. Parken kann man mit etwas Glück kostenlos direkt am Hotel.

Das Restaurant wird außer zum Frühstück nur noch abends zum Getränkeausschank betrieben. Kein Personal. Das ist traurig aber in der heutigen Zeit verständlich. Man bekommt aber sofort Tips, wo man hingehen kann, das sind dann ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg.

Location for visiting my family was spot on - the man at reception was very helpful in sorting all our issues.

First room the sink plug was stuck which couldn't be repaired at check in so we were given another room. This room we couldn't get into as card entry didn't work. Receptionist also tried and failed. 3rd room given and the smell of smoke was horrendous plus some rotton smell from the fridge. By 11pm we were in a 4th room which was the best of the lot but still no proper coffee facilities (pods missing and no milk). The slamming doors from other rooms was rather loud. On check out day, housekeeping knocked on the door on 3 occasions, just letting themselves in on the 3rd attempt.

The conditioner did not work, although it was 32 degrees outside. Also there were cocroaches and other bugs in the rooms.

Everything was okay just the curtains were patched in middle and morning sun-rays hit directly in the eyes. On the whole it needs a bit of maintenance.

The toilet was behind the door and it was not very convenient for a disabled person

The cleanness of the room and the beds were good. The pillows are to soft and do not give support. The location is great for the BUGA

The Pillow, the doors shut to noisily, you hear every person leaving in the morning or night. The Airconditioning did not work and we could not leave the window open as the cars were to noisy. Most of all the noise from the doors shutting is really bad as we had to leave the door closed due to the air In the room

Great location, very comfortable and nice rooms. Check In was very fast and the front desk staff were very helpful and kind.

Maybe a bit more snacks at minibar would be better.

Nice hotel, big room, everything relatively new. Easy to park in the surroundings.

The heating of the room did not worked, and I sleep in some sort of fridge. Besides, there is no garage, such thing is not convenient when outside freezes down to - 9 C, which was my case.

Staff are very polite.

The Shower was very small. Hotel interiors needs attention.
