Absolut unmenschliches Personal, bzw. Management!! Wir mussten aufgrund eines Motorschadens unsere Rundreise abbrechen u haben das Novotel 7 Tage vor geplanter einreise informiert mit der Bitte einen Teil unserer 100 % Vorauszahlung zu erstatten. NICHTS 0 Euro geben sie zurück, trotz 0 % erhaltener Leistung, richtig Stark, sagt für mich alles aus was ich über dieses Hotel wissen muss!!!! Nur zum Vergleich, wir hätten noch 4 weitere Hotels angereist, ALLE anderen haben erstattet, 3 davon sogar zu 100 %

The hotel is clean and good. However, we were surprised that the room was smaller that we thought. There was no extra lock on the entrance door. The toilet and shower room doors also NO locks - unbelievable !! And there is no refrigerator inside each standard rooms.

Please must put locks on the entrance door, toilet & shower room doors! Also, it is better to put one small refrigerator in the room ! At least we can keep some drinks or even milk !

The location was good and the commute to the hotel was very easy. The size of the room was fine with a decent size bathroom and toilet. Staff were generally polite and friendly.

The cleanliness was not what I expected. The headboard of the bed was dusty, which I had to clean before I could even sit on the bed. There was dust on the walls and doors, prominently visible. The water dispenser on the floor was never dusted or cleaned. The AC during the morning times was not as cool as the temperature displayed. 19 degrees display was like 23 degrees feel.
