Sandwiese ist ein sehr schönes Weinhotel mit einer gutbürgerlichen Küche. Das Einzelzimmer war ordentlich und einfach eingerichte, hatte jedoch einen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war lecker und hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Gardinen und kein Sessel

Breakfast was very good, and service was excellent! Everything was excellent about this place!! Room was very nice!!

The biggest problem is no elevator and having to navigate 6 flights of stairs to the third floor. There is no coffee making facilities in the room. There is a poor restaurant with little choice and poor service. There is no obvious bar area, only a wine sales area where you can purchase a beer.

The hotel met my expectations, comfortable beds, pleasantly furnished rooms with the opportunity to taste home-made wine. An excellent restaurant right in the hotel, in the summer with the possibility of sitting on the terrace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! There's a safe storage space for bikes. Very pretty and quiet location (apart from the cockerel in the morning). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Good selection, vegan and other alternative options, locally sourced etc and good service.

We were in a top floor room, which meant the WiFi was very weak or didn't connect at all. For me the price for the rooms was a bit steep. The rooms are dated, there wasn't many amenities, there were water stains on the ceiling. Not things I would care much about usually, but it just didn't reflect the price for me. The separation of hotel and restaurant (each run by different owners) meant that we didn't get a table for dinner both nights we stayed there. We were very tired and didn't really want to go anywhere else, so that was a bit annoying tbh. Again this doesn't really reflect the higher price for me.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. As we understood, lift is in the process of being installed. The day before arrival only, we were informed that the restaurant would be closed for holidays during our stay.
