Tout était parfait. Le personnel était très accueillant, mention spéciale pour l’hôtesse d’accueil Imane qui était particulièrement sympathique.

We met with Khat at the reception she was great help at first we were disappointed, what is on google and the photos doesn’t match what we saw. But Khat explained it nicely and even upgraded us to a suite being my fiancé birthday that was great. The room was big and West Bay had good activities . We loved the Surf area. Colleagues at La Terrazo were great and super helpful.

Pictures on the site don’t match what we saw, there was always an awful smell in the living room so we mostly only stayed at the bedroom also there was a time we requested for toothpaste and the staff came straight inside the room even before we could answer the door. At west bay, the guy who served us was so slow to even bring the menu and when we followed up for the order he brought it and even before I took my second sip he was already asking me to pay the bill. I mean usually you give the guest time to even sip the drink . smh. 🤦‍♀️. He was really unprofessional even with other guest he would call out on them from the pool “ hey you need to pay the bill” this was really poor behavior given it’s a 4 star hotel. He didn’t even have uniform on. The exit door to the pool wasn’t working and guest had to physically push it going in and out.

Location and staff

We had to check-out from the hotel and 1pm and we were waiting for the water surfing until 12:30 in the line. It has to be with booking time for each guest not just the way of we are going there. Other thing is it was mentioned that there is zipline which was not in service. If there is these kind of issues hotel needs to let the guest know about it before the booking not when the guest in the facility.

1. Во время проживания у меня был день рождения, никакого комплимента от отеля не было, всегда уезжаю в путешествие в эти даты, ни в одном отеле такого не было, было очень неприятно 2. Номер старый и не стоит своих денег, очень грязные ковер с пятнами, на который противно наступать, замызганные грязью выключатели, розетки, скрипящие кривые шкафы. 3. Кондиционер издает звуки двигателя ракеты, просто жесть 4. Огромные очереди на завтрак, нужно отстоять минут 15, чтобы попасть в зал. 5. Самая главная неприятность для меня произошла при заезде. Я забронировала номер с завтраком за несколько дней до заселения, за день до него цена на номер упала так сильно, что за эту цену можно было взять полупансион. Я писала отелю через букинг с просьбой как-то решить этот вопрос. Ответа не последовало. При заселении русскоязычный ресепшионист сухо ответил нет. Такие правила. 6. Опять же при заселении я приехала в 7 утра после долгого ночного перелета, безумно устала. Решила, что раз они не могут добавить ужин в цену, то может хотя бы заселят раньше, если они так роняют цены, и у них много свободных номеров. На это сказали, что могут заселить за дополнительные 300 дирхам. Сервис, к сожалению, отсутствует. Задача staff-а в таком случае минимизировать недовольство, и не угождать, конечно, а сделать проживание приятным. Здесь на это всем плевать. Плати и иди. Негативных комментариев не было бы, если бы отель стоил своих денег. А так, отдала 64 тысячи рублей за 3 ночи и чувствую, что меня на*****. Красная цена тысяч 7-8 за ночь.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with a fantastic location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating a big birthday for my mother and the staff made a huge effort to celebrate her, we couldn’t believe all the stops they pulled out. The hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful view from our room. The hotel is so nice it even has a beautiful aroma. The breakfast and lunch were lovely and very good value. The staff were extremely attentive and made it their business to speak to you and ask you about yourself which was very pleasant. The location is ideal and the gym, pool and beach facilities were incredible. I’d recommend it to anybody!

Excellent position next to the seaside and the famous Corniche road. Many sights are in the neighbourhood ( Emirates Palace hotel, Qasr al Watan, Heritage Village ). Excellent own beach and adventure park. Nice and heplful staff.

The hotel is very well located and extremely nice and modern! The staff is so friendly and helped us a lot! Malik is a lovely person and not only helped us with our luggage but also arranged the transfer to some points in Abu Dhabi and our trip to Dubai! Totally happy with this hotel choice!

Swimming pools

That you have to walk to the pools and sea

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days in March. We chose the half board option, which is very convenient if you go to museums or malls. The hotel has its own beach with swimming pools and infrastructure on the shore directly across the road. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Salome at the front desk and Abduli from the concierge service.

Понравилось все! Обслуживание, чистота, интернет, пляжный клуб. Бесплатно повысили категорию номера на номер с видом на море, двумя с/у! В номере кофемашина и безлимитное количеством капсул с кофе по требованию. Каждый день приносили воду. Детей пускали везде, даже там куда по описанию в Букинге вроде бы не пускают: в лаундж клубе- рядом с родителями, в бассейн для серфинга- вместе с инструктором. Два раза в день бесплатный муниципальный автобус на остров Яс (в 12.25 и 19.25). Только в спа детей не пустили, но туда мы и не стремились. Доступ в лаундж бар заменяет полноценный ужин, брать полупансион смысла нет. Людей немного было, очередей нигде нет.

Завтраки на мой взгляд скудные для 5 звезд. Ассортимент небольшой. В отеле нет магазинов, если вдруг понадобится второпях перед отъездом купить сувенир (как в моем случае), то не сможете. Зиплайн не работал. Сказали типа из за ветра, но даже в безветренный день не работал. Но это все мелочи, в остальном отель оправдал все ожидания!

Clean and well maintained facility, all the staff friendly and always available, especially at the restaurant Christian, Lee, Alvito, Azim, Mariama & Richard always friendly and available with my kids. I would come back for sure.
