The description and photographs do not reflect the room/ suite and the quality from windows to bathroom. The room was not properly maintained and was not clean. The price is exaggerraed for what the place offers.

Bathroom, rooms maintenance, location. The room had a strong smell of smoke, was previously used by smokers for a long period. The smell could not be removed.

Warm welcome at Reception on arrival. Room and facilities adequate for an overnight stay.

The breakfast was inadequate and certainly did not match the photo. Had to make up a breakfast box from the "breakfast room" and take it up to our room. A great disappointment - no fresh fruit, cereal, cold meat. Supermarket packet croissant Breakfast was described on the booking .com website as gourmand. I would like to commend the lady employee in the breakfast room who was very pleasant and spoke english, She appreciated our concerns. Mention must be made of the Manager who dealt with our complaint very politely and gave us a refund of the cost. It was not very helpful though to say it would be improved within the next fortnight when they converted the room to a breakfast room.

Located 2mins from place des arts and the town center. The studio was comfy, although the building is located very close to the train tracks. The guy working at reception was friendly and efficient
