Beautiful location in the heart of Spoleto and with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I liked almost everything: atmosphere, beauty of the place, garden, breakfast, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, location, facilities.
The mattress was too hard for me so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked.

Beautiful and silent place, elegant accomodation. Staff very polite and friendly. Hotel is within a walk distance to city center and main touristic points.

parking, streets around the accommodation are very narrow and traffic system is very slow/confusing

Staffing extremely nice and helpful. allowing us an early checkin and a late checkout.
Time for breakfast limited (until 10) we skipped as we were late the night for a wedding. As it was on Sunday, it would have been great to have until 11.30/12.
Bathrooms may need to be renovated..

The. breakfast was excellent, served in the cheery breakfast room or on the terrace. Wide range of choices, excellent quality. Espresso drinks available. Cheery cook.

The hotel is a gem at the heart of Spoleto. An old, but well maintained property srounded with beutifull garden. It really feeels like you are in a magical time where prince/s were living there.. In fact it was a palace owned by a wealth n family..
The decoration of the hotel is lovely, the room was big enough with a beutifulll view. Breakfast was sufficient, served with nice dishes, we could also take our breakfast at the wonderfull garden. The whole atmosphere was magical. Staff were extremely kind and efficient. Highly recommanded!!
Just a small tip: If you are driving a car in Spoletto, make sure it's a reasonable size car.. we had Volvo station and it was a real challange driving in the smalll streets.

The staff were welcoming and the location was great. The hotel was very quiet for a city centre. The garden was small and pretty but, for some reason, it was not possible to have breakfast outside on the morning we were there.
The breakfast was genuinely poor. The croissants were stale and the choice of food was very unimaginative. There was also a strange system whereby you picked up your mini box of cereal from one place but had to queue to be given a bowl by the waitress who stood behind a kind of bar. She also brought over the coffee and milk for the cereal. It was an odd mix of self service and waitress service. The room was charming, if a bit dated, but it wasn't what I would call a "superior double" so I didn't think it was good value. Perhaps Spoleto is always expensive but I'd say the room was 50 euros per night more than it should have been.

A delightful hotel at the edge of Spoleto with a great view out over the valley. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We had a wonderful room, fully equipped with everything necessary. Very friendly and helpful hotel manager, who pointed us to an excellent restaurant for dinner. Would go back anytime.
