Polite staff, Convenient, quiet

BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE OUTSIDE TABLES were WELL-PLACED in a QUIET NATURAL SETTING! The OWNER (and the STAFF) were very POLITE!!!! A True ITALIAN GENTLEMAN.

TAXIS were OK...not too PRICEY.

We arrived at the hotel quite late and left early. The hotel was ok, breakfast was great!

Location. Even thought the bus stop is near by, the public transport doesn’t have good frequency

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The free included parking was very appreciated. The extra cost breakfast was good, but not great. The dining room was spacious and well decorated.

The pillows were paper thin and extremely uncomfortable. The shower was extremely small but the water pressure was good and the water temperature was hot. However, the worst part was the paper thin walls. We were woken up extremely early and repeatedly by water running and/or flushing and eventually by furniture sliding on the tile floor. It sounded like scraping nails on a chalkboard. We eventually concluded, when we went down for breakfast, that it was chairs sliding in and out from the dining room by other guests during breakfast. Our room was right above it.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Free parking spaces. The inner city of Verona is easy reachable with just a short bus ride. They have bustickets at the reception!
