The rooms were aweful. Very old and old fashioned. I would not go there again. This is no vacation feeling.

The hotel was quite empty so it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. The free breakfast offered was really nice in the morning, and the beach location was perfect.

The bed was a little hard, but not completely intolerable. All in all the room was good value for price, especially in a location that isn't a big American Tourist area.

Breakfast was simple but good, services were excellent, everybody was very friendly and helpful. The private beach was very well maintained and very close to the hotel . The lunch offered in the hotel restaurant was really good and with daily changing menu.

We have booked superior room with seaside view. The view was in lateral and in front of the hotel there were numerous waste bins which were emptied noisily at 4 am . Difficult to keep the window open . Also the interior design of the hotel was including some wood art which was dreadful. They are better off without it

-running and screaming in the corridor during the night serval times 11pm till 03am, no isolation from corridor or balcony. -air-conditioning worked but to loadly during the night and when turned off it still made noises, earplugs is to recommend. -ignored by staff when arrived for two minutes - had to call the bell with two people in front of me and no other guest to serve, at least a hello or "just a minute" to confirm that they saw us. -Early breakfast /takeaway was cookies and cakes in room temperature. -power went out twice in our room.

Staff were very helpful, we had a great view from our room and we thought it was a great location to get around Gaeta

The beds were extremely hard and rather uncomfortable. The cost of hiring sun loungers on their private beach was very expensive

Hotel is located near the beach and surroundings are nice. In the room there is basically everything you need (air conditioning, good shower, fridge, even a balcony) but it is not luxurious. Breakfast was quite ok, but some veggies would have made it better. There is a restaurant at the hotel which is good if you don't want to take the 5 to 10-minute walk needed to other restaurants. Hotel staff is helpful.

Sound insulation was not that good and our fridge kept some noise every now and then. Luckily we didn't have noisy neighbours or a busy street under our balcony. Our bed was a bit hard which may be a problem for someone. Most of the restaurants in Gaeta seem to be focused on sea food, so if you don't like it or if you don't eat meat your choices on the menu are typically very limited.

not happy with Booking .com as hotel had me booked double one for two nights other for 3. I had cancelled 3 night through booking.com and rebooked for 2 nights due to itinerary change. Hotel would not reimburse for the booked 3 nights. Not happy

beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, exceptional food and staff

The hotel accommodated my request to upgrade our room, as I had mistakenly only booked a basic double.

The view was beautiful, great location. Love the included beach umbrella and sun loungers. Nice selection at breakfast. Free parking is very handy.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room/location is very noisy in the evening. Flimsy shower doors. The room could do with being upgraded and WiFi didn't work.

The location is perfectly placed for the beach, however there was a charge for that and didn’t know it until check out. The breakfast was excellent and parking was convenient.

Our room was remotely placed and it didn’t appear the hotel was that full. Did not sleep well as the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
